Love intheclouds

I ve had nothing but good experiences with intheclouds I ve ordered four custom vinyls with them and have a fifth on order right now If I ve had a question for them their team is quick to respond and be helpful ex I wanted to cancel a vinyl as the artist announced a proper release in August so I reached out to them and they were more than happy to cancel the order The four albums I ve got with them sound amazing and have good print quality The outer sleeve for the vinyl is a bit flimsy but that s not a deterrent for me as they are an on-demand one-off lathe vinyl company Again I ve been nothing but pleased with them and intend on placing more orders with them throughout the year

Simply Amazing

Wow simply amazing I created a custom LP for my father s 75th birthday Not only did I have a chance to lay down all of his favorite tracks one vinyl LP but I also had designed the album cover and back The front cover was a black-and-white photo of his very first car The back cover was a montage of family photos There is nothing better than giving a gift to my father that he had no idea was even possible With intheclouds help I created a truly one of kind gift THANK YOU SO MUCH

I m happy that the people at intheclouds have made it possible for people to get smaller orders of records made For small bands like myself or niche bands that know they have a small crowd -this is a cool way to have something rad if it s just for a few friends or one record for yourself Thank you for existing

Intheclouds prepared a double vinyl album with the set list from a concert that my daughter and I attended Added personal pictures to the album covers and labels Perfect and memorable gift for my daughter and I have ordered a second copy for me

My order was for a gift that I had custom made back in July 2023 Order came on time - which I was honestly surprised by as I didn t read other reviews until after I had placed my order and also surprised by because I live all the way in Australia Came on time in great condition just how I ordered I would leave 4 5 stars if I could - half a star lost only to the sleeve being lower quality than expected - but overall no real issues so 5 stars is earned

Great Experience With This Company

First off dont order from them if you need the vinyl in a specific amount of time It says 6-8 weeks on their website mine took 8 weeks which might be an issue for someone on a deadline Regardless my vinyls arrived in perfect condition and sound great under the needle I emailed them about 6 weeks into the order and they responded back quickly a few hours and helped me understand how my order was going and when to expect it They also sent me a DVD a sticker of their logo and a microfiber cloth to clean the vinyls which were all fun add-ons to my order TL DR Takes a lil while to arrive but excellent customer service and reliable purchase worth the price
