Valentine s day order will not arrive at time

Update The company give me the money back and apologies I will return to buy from them because is rare you find a good costumer service like this Old I always buy from Privalia and never had a serious problem but this time they did this huge Marketing Sales for Valentine s day I order almost a week in advance and I am tracking everyday to see if will arrive at time After notice that the item don t even leave the store I try to contact them to ask if my order will arrive at time they told me the deliver date was between 07 02 2020 - 19 02 2020 this means they do a marketing campaign and the product will arrive after valentine s day I even try to ask If they could give me the contact of the store so I could go there but they didn t The only thing they told me is that if arrive after the date I can ask my money back and return the product Now is super close of the day and I don t have time to order other thing the worst experience ever I will not buy for this site anymore and don t recommend

NEVER ORDER HERE Long story short - Never got my order- Worst customer Service I EVER experienced- Many hours waisted on my side trying to somehow contact anyoneWhole story for anyone interested below I ordered something an paid for it and it never arrived So obviously I contacted the customer support who if you ask me an automated message told me that I have to contact the vendor So I wrote another message that I was not able to contact the seller Obviously again very uncomfortably through the contact form because answering to an email is NOT possible and got another automated reply stating that I have to click a button in the order review which is not there The button can not be found I sent them a screenshot but never got a reply So what am I supposed to do I cannot contact Privalia I cannot contact the vendor I literally have no possibility to get to my order No one will reply or help me So paid for nothing

Poor service

Customer service is ridiculous they don t answer and if they do with a set message they send to everyone I have had 6 problems with 6 different orders pieces missing orders arriving damaged orders never arriving in time way past the due date one even got lost in the post I will never order anything from this site ever again you make fun of people every order there is a problem we shouldn t have to write constant messages email etc etc and the phone number you ask us to use to contact you with doesn t even exist You are fraudsters constantly adding new events instead of fixing the mess you have got yourself in You should read the comments posted on Facebook you should be ashamed

They send me a defected watch

They send me a defected watch I contacted them in order to return it to privalia and they arranged the courier to come and pick from my place More than 3 weeks passed I have contacted privalia several times but the courier did not arrive yet

This is the worst website ever I have ordered many times and with 90 of the orders I have had many problems The arrive very late The delivery is high cost One pair of shoes have been used Most of the time they refund the money after a long time a month because they don t have in their magazines And now they have refund the money for all my orders and I don t know what kind of problem do they have with their system In the same time they have sent the confirmation email The customer service is the worst They don t give any explanation for nothing The worst website ever

Iam very disappointed from this service I still waiting to do a return item is about a month already I called 5 times and reprogrammed 4 times and nobody do anything At this point I will never buy in Privalia and I will tell my friends to don t buy in Privalia

Disappointing

When you know what to order you can get lucky But if you need to return something even as Premium customer you pay 7 for a small package That is a very high price considering these days it s normal to return things for free Privalia made a mistake about my shipping status they never changed it on the app and I couldn t return my item until I came back home after vacation I am very disappointed about the customer service and the little flexibility after they were not reliable So my advice don t think you can save here it works only if you know the product 100
