I just wanted to update everyone that i wrote the review on Nov 27 and the issue has NOT been resolved Customer service was even more rude when responding and eventually just stopped emailing There is nothing in my spam from them either I explained to them that the SELLER has to speak to fedex and they would not acknowledge I have spoke with several agents from the shipping company both on the phone and in person and they have reassured me that the seller must be the one filing the claims and returning me my money They also keep asking for proof of a missing package how on earth am i supposed to provide proof of something that is missing I asked them for an example of what they mean and they have yet to answer They asked for a claimAnd i gave them a claim Now they re saying they need more proof I m lost here If anyone has any suggestions on how to prove something is missing please let me know Incredibly frustrating experience You have been warned

Horrible The delivery took forever which I would ve understood if my shoes were shipped in correct form The first time I received them my shoes were scratched I asked for a redelivery and I didn t receive a shoe box and once again my shoes were scratched Terrible service

Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Cheaply made items that are fake Good reviews are fake or they ordered clothing items that weren t incorrectly sized I ordered 1 pair of boots that cost 167 Took an extended period of time to receive them Like everyone else on here I received a fake tracking number on multiple occasions They finally arrived after I had to get the postmaster general involved They are not authentic which was not mentioned in the advertisement nor are they a size 9 39 They are about a size 5 and I normally wear a 8 in boots and I went up a size for good measure These aren t even close to a size 9 I can barely get my hand in the boot either boot they sent me Luckily I work for the attorney generals office and I know what to do Do not buy from this company

Is this website a fraud

I have had a similar experience to previous reviews I ordered at the beginning of June My DHL tracking number wouldn t work I contacted them abd they asked me to wait I reached out again to advise still no delivery and dhl tracking was still not working and got an email that I could either have the shoes resent or a full refund I asked if they could refund I have had no response and have sent numerous follow up emails At this point I believe there is some kind of fraud going on as others are having the same issue with dhl tracking not recognised and no response from customer service so will be taking this further

Total scam They sent a fake DHL routing number and when I emailed them they said it would take several days for a redirect tracking number to generate Do not buy from here Edited to add I never received a new tracking number and a representative kept giving me the runaround on the status I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

Dodgy site do not buy from them

I placed an order for bridesmaid dresses in May 2022 3511 the dresses arrived did not look like they did in the photo I sent them back to their warehouse in China straight away for 90AUD out of my own pocket it wasn t until 5 months later November after countless emails the store refunded only 3 out of 4 of the dresses claiming one was missing which is 100 not true The saga is still going I regret buying anything from this store They still owe me another 210AUD would love them to also refund the 90AUD for shipping back an item that was not as advertised

Beware CHEAPLY MADE ITEMS THAT LOOK LIKE THE ITEMS ON THEIR SITE

Inwomt be ordering from this company again It seems that the items they advertise on their website is not the items they send you I ordered some boots that I wanted for a while I just received them today and they look very cheap and nothing like the boots advertised on their site They also lied about the express shipping it took awhile for them to get to me 150 dollars wasted on a clearly 20 dollar product

Extremely low quality goods not worth the price at all

I ordered boots on the 2nd of January at 149 95 Euros plus shipping fee 10Euros a total of 160 90 Euros After much hassle with a first wrong DHL tracking number and then a new Fedex tracking number I finally could track the package after more than a week With delays in delivery I got the boots on the 19th of January They are so so cheap made with plastic nothing to do with the original photo and description and definitely not worth the price nor hassle I bought way better leather boots before Unfortunately i ordered while I was in England and had the impression it was an English brand and prices were in pounds The products are from China and that is where they are shipped from If i had read the reviews before ordering I would never have bothered but only found this page after i had been waiting for my order without a proper tracking number
