Don t buy iTouch anything
I purchased an iTouch wearable from Kohls It took several days to get the watch actually connected I am an IT professional and it was very difficult to connect After connecting the watch faces would not update The default watch face is in colors I can t see due to color blindness The watch is useless to me and I took it back to Kohls They denied the return as it was 10 days past 30 day return policy so I went to iTouch support and was told I had to get a refund from Kohls not them Now I have a useless watch and out 30 Recommend NOT buying the watch spend the xtra money and get a Fitbit they are rock solid and easy to use I will no longer be shopping at Kohls either they are going down the tubes and it shows

Poor product
The iTouch smartwatch does not work at all I paied near 40 00 for a gift for a senior before Christmas only found out it doesn t work unable to pair after returning date expired A technician from the maker attempted to fix the pairing problem I had spent hours to collaborate with the technician via phone and email But the problem is not fixed The technician admitted that there is a problem with the product He repeatedly sends me email ask me to answer the questions to help him solve their problems I am tired of being lab rat Please don t waste your time and money on it

Do not download new Iphone App with Air 3 watch
This morning the watch app required an update After the update watch Air 3 would not pair yes Bluetooth on and all suggested steps taken several times Turn on off Bluetooth Turn on off iPhone reset Air 3 several times So now my investment is worthless How do i reinstalled the former software version that worked

I bought two itouch sport 3 for 63 and
I bought two itouch sport 3 for 63 and 58 on Fred Olsen Balmoral Cruise on 18 April 2023 Downloaded App on my iphone by scanning the QR code as per instruction and this takes me straight to log in No option to register therefore can t set watch to use it Tried reinstalled app a number of times and same issues Found very poor customer service so suggest don t buy any product from itouch

The app doesn t show the correct time and i cant open the app
The app doesn t proceed forward and you can t bypass this step So at this time I can t use the app at all My watch does not show the correct time I have been deleting and installing the app over and over but same i can t access my account It is very useless What should i do to this watch

I purchased the itouch air3 in December
I purchased the itouch air3 in December 2022 about a month and a half ago the watch wouldn t stay connected to the app and the sides started peeling I emailed 3 times never got a response finally found a number to call I called only to have the customer service representative have me do the normal steps that I had done repeatedly She Vern asked for my email so she could send me information about getting a replacement watch They asked me to pay a 10 replacement fee and then said I would have to pay to ship the defective watch back Seriously Why would anyone pay more money to a company that has defective merchandise

Itouch air special edition was working fine on iPhone 5 Then out of the blue itouch put a user profile up that causes iPhone 5 to get stuck on user profile because next button can t be accessed on small screen even when you go to accessibility and change to smallest font size End result iPhone 5 users have to upgrade by buying another phone to help the cellular market To fellow iPhone 5 owners it s easier just to return your itouch watch to store and get your money back

Watch keeps disconnecting from app It s almost impossible to pair phone with app Switching blue tooth on and off as directed reinstalling app and occasionally it works After finally getting connected the next day it s disconnected again Happens regularly Nice watch but terrible connectivity
