Exceptional Service

Sadly the Royal Mail lost my order but I cannot praise JCTC enough for the way they handled the matter going above and beyond in to resolve an issue not of their making I have been buying coffee from them for years which is excellent by the way and have never had an issue Anyone can give good service when nothing goes wrong I find it s how a company deals with you when there is a problem that is a true indicator of their worth and I have never experienced such exceptional service as I did in this case I would have no problem recommending them for their coffee alone which is always supplied freshly roasted and ground but add that to the aforementioned exceptional service and I would say you would be hard pressed to find a better company to deal with than Jamaica Coffee Trading Co Thank you

Always deliver what is ordered Totally reliable as good as the coffee I ve been drinking this coffee since I was a student and I ll get it delivered when I drink coffee in the sky up above One of the few things that hasn t changed thankfully
