I recently purchased medium roast Jamaican blue mountain coffee from you suitable for a filter coffee machine It was my first order after a friend s recommendation so I just wanted to see what I thought of it I m can say that I m not impressed- about one third of the packet contained unground beans which would obviously not filter through my machine resulting in weak coffee It was very disappointing as the coffee at the top of the pack was delicious I would be interested to hear your views on this - I assume this is an error in your manufacturing Answer to response from Jamaica coffee trading - I did email you about this to your customer service department and received no response from you hence when I was asked to provide a review I copied my email to you I have attached a photo of some of the solid beans in the bottom of the bag

The coffee has not been delivered
Terrible customer service 30th March phoned Jamaica Coffee Trading Co on 0207-1172-919 to enquire about making my first ever order and to ask why the business shows as DISSOLVED on UK Company House The fellow who picked up responded aggressively defensive and refused to provide more info I only wanted to put my mind at rest before spending nearly 200 with them and I m glad I called up and didn t just make the online order Something about this company s trading doesn t add up and I d like to know why
