Excellent quality Arrived after Christmas despite ordering a week beforehand

Very impressed by the service

Very impressed by the service from Jamaica Coffee Trading Co - excellent packaging prompt delivery and accompanying paperwork However I confess that our expectations of Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee were perhaps too high as we did not enjoy the flavour of the coffee quite as much as its reputation had led us to believe We have enjoyed some top quality Colombian and East African coffees just as much - and they were less expensive

Bought as a present They were well pleased with it As I haven t had a taste I can t in all honesty give 5 stars Would liked to have given 4 5 Excellent on delivery

Excellent coffee

Delivery took slightly longer than expected but worth the wait

Excellent customer service but non-arrival of initial order

Had my initial order arrived as promised I would have given a star rating of 5 However as it did not arrive at all I cannot give such a rating When I explained about the non-arrival though customer service was excellent and a replacement was sent out promptly which did arrive as promised I suspect the problem of non-arrival lay more with the postal service than with Jamaica Coffee Trading Co so perhaps a review of the method of postage is needed

Good but medium roast

The coffee is great for someone who likes medium roast Unfortunately this wasn t clear on the order page Normally Blue Mountain is sold as a light roast including from Whittard whom they compare their prices to

The coffee was delivered on time

The coffee was delivered on time What stops me giving a 5 Star review as I have previously is that the box that the coffee arrived in had a lot of coffee grounds loose in it When I opened the box they went all over the floor Also when I opened the large pouch there were coffee grounds between the line that shows where to cut and the seal of the pouch
