Excellent customer service but non-arrival of initial order

Had my initial order arrived as promised I would have given a star rating of 5 However as it did not arrive at all I cannot give such a rating When I explained about the non-arrival though customer service was excellent and a replacement was sent out promptly which did arrive as promised I suspect the problem of non-arrival lay more with the postal service than with Jamaica Coffee Trading Co so perhaps a review of the method of postage is needed

Good but medium roast

The coffee is great for someone who likes medium roast Unfortunately this wasn t clear on the order page Normally Blue Mountain is sold as a light roast including from Whittard whom they compare their prices to

The coffee was delivered on time

The coffee was delivered on time What stops me giving a 5 Star review as I have previously is that the box that the coffee arrived in had a lot of coffee grounds loose in it When I opened the box they went all over the floor Also when I opened the large pouch there were coffee grounds between the line that shows where to cut and the seal of the pouch

I highly recommend this coffee to anyone it s so aromatic and has this depth of flavour it s truly the best

Great shopping experience great coffee

I ve bought from this company before and will do so again Their prices are very competitive and delivery is quick There was even a free pen in my delivery this time I don t drink coffee myself but buy it as a treat for my partner who says that it s delicious I would recommend JCTC to anyone who likes good coffee and a company who treat their customers well

Been a regular customer since 2018 As I drink very little coffee I wanted the absolute best freshly roasted then home-manually ground by myself right before brewing And I can honestly say I found it 5 years ago Not only is the product amazing but the level of service the customer-orientation and the delivery are also second to none A 5 star company Edward and his wife are a pleasure to do business with

The coffee is always fragrant and full of flavour I can never go back to the other coffee If I don t have this blue mountain coffee in the morning I would feel my day is not ready to start I highly recommend this website if you want to get decent blue mountain
