Wow what can I say about working with Jess these last 2 years without getting emotional I started working with Jess back in 2023 when I started realizing that I needed to change my mindset around food and working out I loved her holistic approach to changing your mindset to not only reach your goals physically but mentally Since working with Jess my relationship with food has changed drastically for the better and I see it as fuel rather than something to fear My love for the gym continues to grow each day and the goals I was struggling to reach prior to working with her weight loss food insecurity etc I ve reached and I continue to grow with her guidance each day If you re like me and are unsure of where to start I HIGHLY recommend Jess Not only will she double as your nutritionist and personal trainer but she will serve as your biggest cheerleader even during the times when you doubt yourself I continue to love working with her and can t wait to see the growth I make to end the year of 2024 into 2025

Best coach ever

Having Jessie as my coach has completely changed my life For the first time I ve been able to lose weight and keep it off because I ve managed to create a healthy balanced lifestyle I used to struggle with always wanting to be perfect with everything I do and it led me to always fall off track every time I eat something bad or skipped a workout I now eat the foods I love enjoy my weekends and social events guilt-free workout 3 times a week and actually enjoying it and making progress each week If anyone is thinking of joining - it s the best thing you can do

It s hard to put into words how much of a difference Jess has helped me make not only physically but mentally in myself She s helped me see my potential and just overall helped me switch my mindset to have such a healthier relationship with food Not only that but her workout plans have helped push me in the gym and I feel like I m finally getting those physical results I ve longed for I would recommend Jess to anyone she s so supportive and an amazing human overall

Where do I start Jess is honestly one of the best online coaches out there She helped me in my recovery from an eating disorder about 4 years ago we then went on to compete in 4 bodybuilding shows together always placing top 3 She is understanding caring supportive and just has the best advice I couldn t recommend anyone more then this beautiful human being

I started coaching with Jess as I had followed her for a while on instagram and loved how she supported people with mindful eating and moving away from calorie counting which is not sustainable And the last few months have been amazing Learning to see food as food and not a calorie getting away from food guilt and shame whilst becoming stronger and more confident in the gymJess is so helpful and supportive every week and available all the time over message I can t thank her enough
