Our recent purchase of a Discovery 5 we would just like to write to tell you about our recent purcase from Land Rover Bristol we dealt with Katie Harris and George Lippe who were professional and gave us excellent customer service throughout our purchase we have bought many Land Rovers and this was by far the best hand over we were a little disapioned that we couldnt fill out the customer survey as we had been on holiday and missed the cut off date a little bit longer for filling these forms out would of been very helpful but we are very pleased with our new vehilce Mr And Mrs Cheacker

Incredible and Shocking

Incredible and ShockingMy RR Evoque 2020 lost power on the motorway and stopped completely No prior warnings alerts shown Could not restart 4 lives survived this time Contacted nearest JLR retailer for repair 23 4 Was told earliest date for Diagnostics 43 days away 5 6 24 How to accept No priority for Safety concerns Wrote and phoned JLR HQ for help again highlighting the safety concerns which JLR should be interested to address Highly disappointed and humiliated No choice but to write to JLR CEO directly for his attention Will update Does anyone have such problems

Extremely Disappointed in Jaguar s

Extremely Disappointed in Jaguar s Customer Care and Warranty Support I purchased a 2019 Jaguar F-Type expecting a premium experience to match the luxury reputation of the brand Unfortunately this has been far from the case With only 37 000 or less miles on the car the seat upholstery has started to come undone a clear defect for a vehicle of this caliber Despite multiple communications with Jaguar s customer care team and even escalating the issue Jaguar corporate offered a mere 500 goodwill gesture to cover only one seat leaving the majority of the repair costs for me to handle This is not only unacceptable but a blatant failure to honor the warranty and stand by the quality of their vehicles The situation has been incredibly frustrating and I feel completely abandoned as a loyal customer Jaguar s response does not align with the premium service and support they advertise If you re considering a Jaguar think twice A brand that charges a premium for their vehicles should deliver premium service not pass off serious defects as the owner s responsibility I expected better from a company of this stature and am deeply disappointed I will be pursuing legal action to resolve this matter and cannot in good faith recommend Jaguar to anyone

Shocking customer service

Shocking call themselves a luxury brand as luxurious as camping in a rain soaked field Power steering failed on my discovery sport yes another one warranty company got independent inspection done came back as manufacturing defect JLR not remotely interested in helping even though they know their steering racks are dreadfully manufactured and downright dangerous when they fail You could offer me a JLR manufactured car for free and I would walk away from that offer I only hope someone doesn t get badly hurt or worse due to their negligence in not sorting this extremely dangerous and common issue of steering rack failure Shame on you JLR

Engine management light showed on F

Engine management light showed on F Pace Phoned JLR Swansea Service said unable to examine vehicle for 8 weeks Advised that I contact recovery company for fault diagnosis Helped by RAC to find local garage for diagnosis Sensor failure Recontacted Swansea JLR Service Given 10 week waiting period to examine vehicle Took vehicle to JLR and literally had to beg them to carry out official diagnosis and repair 5 minute diagnostic check cost me 189 after 3 hour wait 8 week repair time given Absolute shambles Won t buy another JLR AGAIN Took it elsewhere for necessary part to be obtained and fitted for fraction of estimated repair cost from JLR Disgraceful attitude by JLR team

If there was a minus 10 that would be my score We drove through a puddle 4 weeks ago and our power steering stopped working on our FPace Turns out JLR have been advised by DVSA to recall FPace and Velars due to a manufacturer defect with the steering racks that allow water in eventually causing a crack allowing more water that fry s the motor All staff we have spoken to say they have never heard of this issue So we have been passed from pillar to post and will be 5000 out of pocket - but we are thankfully alive - will it take a family to be killed before JLR do the right thing They appear not to care - DO NOT BUY JLR is our advise

Poorly serviced Land Rover SV 16000 on Poorly serviced Land Rover SV 16000 on speedometer at Inchape Guildford Jaguar Land Rover We own 3 new Land Rovers Within weeks of service the coolant needed refilling and a couple of months later the car had to be taken back in for brake pad replacing Poor customer service generally - difficult to get hold - lots of automated responses zero apology Has left us with doubts the car was actually serviced at all Not filled with confidence by Land Rover UK MD Paddy McGillyCuddy either

3700 Service

Appalling customer service price gauging at its best at Macarthur Jaguar No quote provided charged 3700 for a service with the only additional work carried out was an air con vent clean 123 and four brake hoses replaced 570 Billed 1755 for labour costs Disgusting rip off at its best I won t be returning
