Positive experience from sale to completion

Mollie Hawkes made our purchase and sale process as smooth and quick as possible We felt both looked after and well informed JS Laws online client portal was very clear and helpful for following the progress in our case We are so grateful for Mollie s careful approach managing expectations and keeping our best interests at the fore We also appreciated her understanding with challenges in our personal situation during the process We wouldn t hesitate to use JS Law in the future

Fantastic service and support by Chloe

We were referred by our mortgage advisor and the conveyancer assigned was Chloe Bromley From start to finish she s been helpful and extremely prompt with actioning things There s been a few occasions where we ve not understood something well and she s taken the time to explain clearly She s also gone above and beyond with support dealing with the sellers side where issues have risen If Chloe was on leave her colleagues were also quick to pick up things on her behalf Overall very happy with the service we received by JS Law

Excellent advice stress-reducing support on property sale

Laura Maycock has been very quick efficient and helpful on the sale of our property which has been a long process because of problems at the other end of the chain She has kept in touch with the buyer s solicitors regularly given us good advice about how to answer quite vague questions from the buyers and helped keep us calm when we developed concerns You couldn t ask for better support in what is at times a rather stressful process

Experience as a first time buyer

My partner and I were working with Minal on buying our first house so it s easy to say Minal made it so stress-free for us despite some curveballs coming our way She is incredibly knowledgeable and really put us at ease always had time for some of our probably naive questions and kept us updated at all times

Big thanks to Laura who made buying our first house a far less daunting task than we had anticipated She communicated well and explained the process as we went through right up till completion The eWay system was great aswell Laura was always friendly and polite in communications Thank you

Very easy to deal with and great communication

Very easy to deal with and great communication When this solicitors was being sold to us as an online service we did have some reservations around how we would be able to communicate quickly with the solicitors when needed However we need not have been concerned We received excellent customer service from our solicitor Nick who was easily contactable and extremely responsive I would 100 recommend JS Law and would definitely use again in the future Nick made moving house that little bit easier Thank you
