This is the 2nd I ve used PM Property Lawyers and once again there service levels are unparalleled compared to other conveyancers They are very competitive and are very efficient The app is also very helpful thanks to all at Team Collins once again

Now exemplary -huge improvement over past performance

I have been dealing with PMPL for about three years involving about a dozen house sale contracts At first they weren t very good but I have seen a steady improvement over time and my latest transction was exemplary Donna in particular has been very responsive to any enquiries and indeed has kept me very well informed about progress throughout Also there has been a huge improvement in the speed of telephone answering and rapid connection to the relevant person

Great service great price

The team were always friendly and helpful easy to get hold of if I had any questions and always prompt with any replies They kept me updated of progress with my case and were great dealing with the seller s estate agents who were being very pushy The pricing was reasonable too so I d defo use them again

Excellent Conveyancing Service

Onboarding was very easy and despite being located North Yorkshire Courtney was able to deal with my case remotely limiting the need for regular commutes I completed in approx 3 months and had very little contant in between Courtney took care of everything in a professional manner and only contacting me if I needed to make a decision or to sign paperwork this reduced a load of stress knowing this were ticking along
