Katie McCartin at JS Law was excellent at keeping in touch with me and responding to all of my questions in a friendly and clear way when selling a property during winter 2022-23 I found the E-Way online system quite difficult to use particularly as I was selling a house on behalf of someone else so it wasn t a straightforward sale It would ve been a bit easier to use if I had been selling my own property

Our experience with JS Law very good Our conveyancer Meg Prigmore was very helpful responded quickly to any emails or phone calls The portal is useful to complete forms upload any documents We are very happy with the service we received

Pros 1 They had a great simple platform eway that was quite easy to use for all documents related stuff2 My conveyancer Zakir Master did look into my case thoroughly and challenged the sellers wherever required He was not in a hurry to signoff until all required documents were available Thanks to Zakir Cons 1 They take a bit longer to respond Sometimes this makes you worried

I liked the way in which my Conveyancer Chloe kept in regular contact with me fully explaining each stage of the process Whenever i contacted her and she wasn t available i received a prompt call back as soon as she was I would not hesitate to use this company again

Zoe McLeavy is the girl you want

Zoe McLeavy is the girl you want Zoe was great throughout for my move dealing with both moving of the old property into the new home Got on really well very professional but also very friendly She managed to get me over the line within a few weeks which was massively helpful I would give Zoe specifically 5 but if she wasn t there it felt her team let her down Would still highly recommend even more so if you can get Zoe

Laura was our conveyancer for selling buying our properties personally we can t fault anything Communication was clear efficient Our sellers also found Laura to be on top of everything mentioned how efficient they also felt Laura was EWay portal is easy clear to use It s been a quick fairly stress free process with JS Law

JS Law was recommended by my selling

JS Law was recommended by my selling agents but I was at first reluctant to use solicitors so far from home I also had some issues using their online portal eWay which could be more user friendly but Nadia and later her colleague Loni very patiently guided me through to the exchange of contracts She always returned my calls answered my emails promptly and explained everything very clearly I intend to use JS Law for the purchase of my next home and would recommend them

JS Law was faultless no Kashfa was faultless in guiding us through a traumatic experience when you move house The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because the e-Way system we had to use has a few problematic issues So thank you Kashfa

As we approach exchange JS Law have really stepped up their game After a few teething issues and being unable to make verbal contact when our Conveyancer was on annual leave Kylie has been a star and worked incredibly hard to raise enquiries and chase after these Thanks Kylie I hope we can exchange soon
