Unfortunately my child has lost the season card I hoped that they have a database where they register subscriptions but they don t have anything like that I bought cards for the whole family but because my boy lost it we can t go anymore It doesn t seem normal to me to have to pay another subscription because they don t register the cards they offer It can happen to anyone to lose their card especially since most visitors are children I will never buy season tickets here again especially since they don t have that many animals either For example on previous sites they have animals that they no longer have in the Zoo For example the giraffe is no longer there and my child always asks when he can see it The first time I told him that we were going to the Zoo where he also has a giraffe but he is gone

From the moment we walked through the gates we felt a sense of adventure in the air The variety of animals was astounding and the enclosures were beautifully designed prioritizing both the animals well-being and visitor engagement One of the most delightful experiences was watching the sea lions during their feeding time The staff put on an incredible show explaining the behaviors of the sea lions while they showcased their skills It was both entertaining and educational capturing the attention of both children and adults alike The zoo has numerous amenities that make a visit comfortable and enjoyable We loved the shaded seating areas and the various dining options available After exploring we enjoyed a delicious meal at the zoo s caf which offered a great selection of healthy and tasty food Before leaving we made sure to stop by the gift shop where we found some unique souvenirs to remember our day We re already planning our next visit
