Withdraw 300kr without notice because of a new business model even though it is several years I lasted used it

Unresponsive

After 2 days of writing to Park Park to resolve a problem with a check out I still have no response Meanwhile I continue to receive harassing text messages saying that I am still parked and will be charged Terrible service Unresponsive

Not a trustworthy company

I was approached on a park in lot about this app and they told about an offer After getting my credit card number I realized I didn t get any offer and two weeks after they overcharged me and when I called to complain they told me they were charging me for future charges and I was never informed they charge for future charges Simple a not trustworthy company I would love if this was a serious app but I don t like when people have my credit card number and make charges without my consent

Do not use this App They have withdrawn money in an upgrade to their App today I do not have a car and used this app 2 years ago- so imagine my frustration This must be highly illegal I have spent the morning with my bank cancelling my current card to ensure they are unable to withdraw any further money from me I have now contacted them and will get my money back and also asked for ALL my details to be removed ASAP Not a good experience at all- a bit scary even Nice man in customer services today though I am sure they are not having a good day there today

Fraud

Parked with them one time a couple of years back Don t have the app anymore but still they charged my creditcard DKK 300 last night as they have changed their business model into advance payment No acceptance from me in advance so a highly unlegal action from their side

Not recommendable

Not recommendable The system crashes at park start and you are not able to see if the parking was registred or not and you are not able to stop it later either not even in a browser login the latest parking has now run for 14 days Company just draws the money from your account Company does not answer emails

Taking money without a notice

Very bad style by charging my credit card 300dk just because they change their model to prepaid No message was ever sent out I only saw it loking at my bank statement i wasn t even logged in Besides the app has ton of bugs and texts are unreadable Seriously that should have been communicated

They just charged 40E on my credit card after I once used the app in 2018 All emails I got were in Danish and I didn t understand any of it Turns out they moved to a new business model To me this is fraud I think I can get it back if I login again but I m afraid that this might be a trap to commit more fraud with my personal data
