If I had read some of these reviews I would not have used Jysk Fortunately I was able to make up my own mind Customer service at the store and on telephone was first class They called me in good time to say that there would be a possible delay due to storms at sea As it turned out all was OK and delivery was well within the original peramatures Delivery company was polite and helpful and even took the rather large and heavy boxes upstairs to the room it was going to be set up in Bought a sofa bed and very impressed It s not like normal sofa beds that tend to be hard with a paper thin matress Whilst it s firm it is comfortable to sit on and sleep on and the large ottoman is great to store the bedding Very impressed

Perfect customer service

Mansfield Store - Callum had really good knowledge and he not only sold me a really heavy parasol base he sold me the parasol to go with it He demonstrated the tilt action on the parasol gave me all the sizes off the stores IT system and told me how to construct the base He even offered to help me to the car Great Customer Service Callum

5 star customer service

I do have to say the online shopping experience is sub par at times the website could definitely do with an upgrade to the layout however the items I received were higher quality than I expected for the price and I couldn t believe how easy it was to return one of the items I changed my mind there was nothing wrong with the product I called customer services bracing myself for a long call and got the complete opposite I spoke a very nice woman who already had my order details available as this was linked to my mobile number she knew my name already which was a nice touch and took about 15 seconds to process the return of the item Really rare to find such a seamless returns process and great customer service

I went into the Brampton store today Minding my business and walking pass a store clerk she stopped me and asked me if I needed help Very seldom you find that in a store Sorry I did not get her name but she is a friendly helpful woman I think Brampton is the greatest JYSK

King Edward St Coquitlam BCBest customer service Store Manager Sean is exceptional I was in a desperate time crunch to furnish my mom s condo and Sean had everything ordered and arranged delivery the next day which I could track The delivery service was also exceptional with Hos and Lou who were right on time according to the delivery tracker Very efficient and friendly service This was my third condo furnishing with Jysk and this last service experience with Sean Hos and Lou was the best
