Order delivered to wrong address

Order delivered to wrong address Just had an email saying order delivered and a photo showing proof but it wasn t our house Had to go door to door to find parcel Then received a scam message supposedly from evri saying they couldn t understand the address on the second parcel and asking for bank details prior to delivery

Poor updates

Original order said delivery by 3rd august but it didn t arrive I did online chat who said it should arrive by 10th I did another online chat on 9th to ask why my order still said awaiting stock to be asked to wait a little longer Order arrived the next day but I had no email from you to say it had been despatched Luckily I was at home

Fast delivery but the two items delivered absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke When the items were packed in the plastic bag I think the packer was smoking It was

I experienced difficulties placing an order The website kept dropping emptying my basket After taking a long while in placing my order double the amounts arrived I returned 1 Fibre Optic Sledge Reindeer kept the knickers as they fit They failed to dispatch the Fibre Optic Candy Cane Cat so I cancelled it Then I received notification it was on it s way I called again found the customer service centre based in India unsatisfactory I am thoroughly dissapointed with my recent experience

25 off my 50 order

I recieved a code for 25 off my 50 spend When ordering it stated the discount would show on the checkout page it didn t so I didn t know if it worked or not I contacted your customer service dept who informed me the discount would be reflected on my next statement I m sure if like me previously when I didn t order other people won t place an order as the discount doesn t show on the final page You need to sort this out

Not yet received item doesn t seem to be moving since Tuesday ordered from another company the same day and that was delivered by Evri next day not getting code without logging out of this

Slow delivery

I ordered a dress last Wednesday and it s now Saturday and I still have not received it Not good The courier said they could not access the address this is a complete mystery to me as I had two other deliveries that day and they had no problem with access I think the courier needs to buck their ideas up I for one would certainly not use them

I took the opportunity of your one day free delivery offer I ordered a green wrap dress that the receipt clearly said Received a totally different dress which had to be sent back Very disappointed

Ensure when offering a discount code that if it does not apply you make it crystal clear

Being ignored on checking out

Choosing was fine Putting into my basket was fine However whilst checking out I chose to have my order delivered so I clicked I did not want anything going to click and collect Upon receipt it told me I would get one item delivered and 2 to be picked from store
