Item arrived 4 weeks late Received a message after tracking parcel twice Wrong colour sent informed item now out of stock Customer services quick to reply but not a good first experience shopping with Kaleidoscope

Christmas Tops

I ordered three tops for choice thank you I kept the Red print 39 99 one but have returned the other two I must say I found the return system complicated but I got there in the end One of the Tracking numbers was totally wrong but I corrected it

Took a while for delivery

Took a while for delivery parcels where thrown over an 8ft high security gate clothing fit very small i wanted another dress in a bigger size sending as this 1 was too small but spoke to a bot which did not understand so it looks like i will save myself money and not bother

It arrived very quickly

It arrived very quickly colour not quite as the brochure or website It was not quite what I was expecting but will serve its purpose for today then sadly Charity shop I guess I had too high hopes It is well made and very soft just not quite right for me

These boots weren t made for walking

Excellent service as always good delivery and price just right I thought but I bought a pair of tan boots in October which I bought because I had another pair about 4 years ago same make Really delighted with those What a disappointment they have scuffed really badly already and I spend my time polishing and treating the marks every time I wear them

Good quality

Good but on this occasion the delivery took 7 days to arrive which is a little slow for them The website and goods were good quality but the lampshade ordered was considerably larger than described - it was lovely but much too big for my bedroom Sadly it had to be returned

I have been waiting on the order for

I have been waiting on the order for over 6 weeks I had to ring to find out why it hadn t been delivered as I wasn t sent updates I eventually received an update last week saying it would be delivered within 2 working days and yet I still have had no email from the carrier to tell me when I can expect the order I am now concerned it has gone missing and I will be waiting weeks again

The packaging is poor

The packaging is poor outer bag usually always has rips Interior packing for individual items is not so good labels covering where you need yo open meaning broken plastic bags which is hard if you need to return items Blouse I received was creased beyond

I am still waiting to hear back

I am still waiting to hear back as my package is lost Evri apparently delivered it to a garage but have just left it on the floor somewhere on an industrial estate where anyone can pick it up I also paid for next day delivery and that didn t happen either

Need more reliable delivery service

Products are fine just as expected Delivery was a nightmare I was told they would be delivered on Monday 3rd April email received 10 minutes before time slot so I missed driver Told they would try delivery next day would send another message no message Tuesday or Wednesday tracking said they d tried delivery and no reply Finally I contacted Kalediscope worried package had gone astray told by very helpful man that it had been delayed and would be delivered on Thursday 6th April So what was the package I missed
