Trustworthy dress brand

The underwear is really pretty and a good fit as is always this case with this brand Delivered quickly The cost though is high I only shop with Kaleidoscope when there offer discounts as otherwise you can almost always find the same items cheaper elsewhere

Quick delivery

The dresses were exactly like the picture Maybe not the highest quality fabric and I noticed some hemline issues But it s the only place I ve found with such variety for formal occasion wear Lots of modest options which is hard to find nowadays I had to return a dress and that process was very easy and customer services were quick to help with any issues

Delivery was prompt just a shame the sizes are so varying across the different brands

Quick delivery 2 dresses were perfect One was damaged one was too large and the other too small so returned as per instructions Now awaiting refund and then will re order

I ordered two items and one of them

The delivery of my items was made two days earlier than my original predicted date but that wasn t a problem more off a pleasant surprise I ordered two dresses One was in a sale and the other I bought had a 25 discount off Despite ordering two dress sizes both are too big so I ve lost my 25 off and I m down a dress The moral of the story is order three different sizes just to be sure of fit

The package arrived in good time

I ordered two items and one of them arrived two days later which is very good the other one is still to arrive but I have been informed when that will be So good communication and delivery service is good as well

A bit disappointed

The package arrived in good time The high neck top is very comfortable and is good to size I would suggest using a different delivery agent as my parcel was left near the underside of the staircase of the two storey flat that I live in while I was indoors in my 2nd floor flat at the recorded time of delivery There is also an intercom by the front door that was not used So very poor delivery service

Order difficulties

Well I was happy as usual with my delivery on Friday until I opened up the white pillowcases found they were not a matching pair One was MEDLINE made in Pakistan the other was Belledorm as ordered the other pair in cloud were matching It was too much hassle to send it back but thought I d let you know anyway a bit disappointed

I made an order of two items by mistake

I saw 2 dresses on the Freemans site but was unable to complete my purchase so I went onto Kaleidoscope I have been a customer for many years No problem I was able to order the 2 dresses Unfortunately I had to return them as they were unsuitable Otherwise very nice items swiftly delivered

Usual delivery driver is great

I made an order of two items by mistake then ordered again with a discount code When I rang to cancel one of the orders the operator said to ring back in the morning I knew from experience this would be too late Orders were delivered next day in one package instead of separately so I couldn t work out which was with discount as no total price on delivery note I only kept one of the 4 items and sent the rest back These items did not fit properly anyway

The usually delivery driver is always very cheerful and waits He doesn t just drop and run I just wish the returns with Evri via a local shop was as good as delivery Two return items separate occasions even though tracked have not got back to Kaleidoscope I shall now go back to using the same helpful driver collection service instead
