Ordered plants When they arrived they looked like they had been thrown around and stamped on Plants were upside down and delicate leaves broken plugs were outside their plastic greenhouse and all over the box containing them The two larger plants had branches broken and the hydrangea giganticus was squashed into the box and one bloom snapped off Trying to get them collected and my account reimbursed has been a nightmare of emails back and for the courier Never again

Terrible issue trying to reset account password It gets into a loop and will not reset Each time after reset password the page loaded has no instructions on entering a new password Account number entered is correct email is correct But NO option for a new password Speak on phone to some remote person but no one rings back as promisedSHocking Performance really shocking Perhaps it s IPad again but it shouldn t be like this HELP no orders placed so loss of sales Software for Freemans is working Same company Hopleless service call back doesn t exist

Parcel was left by the open main door to the block of flats where I live it was left with another parcel didn t go upstairs to deliver I went out after checking e mail message left just before he arrived thank goodness the parcel was there

Parcel delivered to wrong address I received confirmation of my order showing the correct current address Followingthis they somehow found an address I lived at 5 years ago for delivery customer services were apologetic but have not put things right yet after 5 days I had paid for next day delivery as I wanted one of the items for an occasion I being inundated from Evri saying they have my parcel but nothing to say about when I might if ever received it

I am disappointed Every time I order next day delivery it has failed And then this last time we were going away for our 23rd anniversary and needed the items before leaving Only to find on our return the parcel left right in front of our front door for everyone to see when there were many items by the porch where it could have been concealed A thought neighbour placed our food caddie and a cardboard box to hide it from view Disappointed

very rude staff on chats they will not let you have a payment plan or if you try and do the right thing about payments they have none of it so for this am leaving as i upset customer no call banks or emails as promised no mangers as promised to help so ive given badfeed back

Terrible service I returned an item which came back to me the following week I labelled and packed it correctly I notified Kaleidoscope customer services and had an email back suggesting it was my own fault for not packing the parcel nicely I wrote back objecting to that remark This what I got back I was mean to say that the most order return back to customer due to these issues so that why I have informed that the package to be pack nicely and attach return label No punctuation either This is the standard of customer service we can expect from Kaleidoscope I have shopped with them for possibly 30 years and it used to be a reliable online shopping service I shall pay off my balance and close my account Cheap labour and inefficiency rule now The following comments have been added a couple of days later The Evri driver failed to collect the return for a second time I emailed Kaleidoscope customer service and they want to send me another label There is something fundamentally wrong in the system between Evri returns and Kaleidoscope s requests for such yet all they can offer is another label No offer to investigate or escalate Just another ruddy label This morning I took the parcel to the post office it cost me 6 39 but it s a small price to pay to put an end to the nightmare I have had to put up with from this bunch of incompetents

Parcel was left on bench in open view No card left through door to notify me of delivery Parcel could have been there for any one passing Parcel in a yellow bag so very obvious to people passing Normally delivery good and if not home parcel is left behind bench with a card through the door Taking a photograph is not proof of delivery without a notification card Please note discrepancies as these points could lead to problems concerning loss of items delivered and very unhappy customers

I Received a phone call from my neighbours who water my plants whilst I am away She found a kaleidoscope delivery behind a plant pot yesterday fri it had been there without my knowledge No notifications through me letter box It is obvious I m disappointed with this delivery Comments please
