New home new broadband install and as usual Kelly contractor does not turn up to appointment Ironic how they threaten customer that don t miss your appointment you can incur missed visit fees etc etc but when they miss it you barely get a token apology who cares you had to waste workday they busy people and you customer have all time in the world Also cute how engineers appear to click on their forms apps that arrived on site installing broadband right now just so they don t get penalized - while in fact being nowhere near the work sites While shambles of company cares little about this dishonest practices going on for years and well known read all reviews here All it matters that Kelly still got this juicy bulk contractor deal with Openreach so who cares what customers experience are - they don t get to choose I d gladly put up the socket myself and save time money both me and them - but you can t touch them due to being their property

I waited 9 was for them to come out and fit a cable in the garden then another 2 wks for someone to do the internal installation to be told I can connect it they have incorrectly installed the outside cable to the incorrect port The engineer then called office who said someone will be out and they never turned up Absolutely joke this company

This company thought it was OK to install broadband for our neighbour but as couldn t find a spare connection were lazy and disconnected ours instead BT engineer realised what they had done when came to fix ours Even told us he would put in a complaint but nothing would be done as the engineer would just be moved to a different area a little bit further away Utter cowboys

Two weeks in a row their engineer has failed to turn up to install my superfast broadband Last week they reported they had turned up and I wasn t in so I offered to donate my CCTV footage to them to demonstrate otherwise I suppose a total no-show no message this week is a marginal improvement at least they aren t lying this week Two days of missed work and income for nothing

Has a made a right hash of fitting cable into house drilled through a upvc panel which he shouldn t have done Trying to get hold of Kelly communications is a nightmare I have a hole straight through to outside Kelly communications open reach get a grip and sort these major problems out

Utter rubbish Came to install fibre daisy chained extension leads leaving the house at fire risk as the engineer did not check what was there originally Cable to house cuts across the grass and is exposed to potential damage from cutting the grass vandalism Spent more time chatting to the other engineer than actually doing the work

Drivers have no road sense van pulled out on my car and didn t have a care in the world no apology just plain rudeness

Just had two Kelly Communications staff turn up at my home claiming to have to install external cables to connect for Virgin media Email we received from Virgin Media stated work is booked for 15 November When I told them this and that we not able to have any work done today both KC guys were very aggressive and extremely rude So much so that I has to ask them to leave my property as they started threatening me and stated they can get my property band

In line with other reviews on here I have had mostly dreadful experiences with engineers First one that came to my property had to have his work finished by Open Reach He was obviously in a hurry and rude I later found out he was working to unsafe systems of work and even connected to the wrong pole a 2nd engineer came out to neighbour s property and drilled through our lounge wall whilst we were at home also tried to connect to upstairs neighbour from our property The holes in wall etc had to be repaired a 3rd engineer came out without notice to supposedly finish off work as above that we were told would be performed from neighbour s property Again the engineer trespassed and started to access our property He was so verbally abusive to my husband and then me on phone that we reluctantly agreed to work going ahead from our property as the situation had started to make us feel ill However by this time the police had been called out as neighbour s ill-advised mother believed we were preventing work going ahead

Full fibre install Two visits and each time telling us that they cannot install from a telegraph pole What is wrong with the comms between Openreach and Kelly Group Both as useless as each other
