My husband

My husband my adult son and myself went early Monday morning when kellys opened The waitress came to our booth no less than 15 times We were trying to talk and eat The moment I stopped eating she brought to go boxes We said we will need them but not right now Twice her response to something she asked us didn t even make sense to what we had said The place was not at all busy so space for more customers was not an issue I was looking forward to conversation with my son and was constantly interrupted My eggs were super cold and both my son and I thought the chicken fried steak was old and no crunch to breading Biscuit was not tasty like they use to be either Thank you for opportunity to share

These people turned up today to work

These people turned up today to work outside my property Happened to spot one of them on my driveway Common decency would have been nice as to why they were back again Went outside after they had gone to find my power box with all its wires exposed and the security tie broken Disgraceful and disrespectful organisation To add to their destruction today they left a cable cover wide open where someone could have tripped The street light next to the cover which was open to the elements is now not working and now my tivo box downstairs is not working presumably because of the way they left my power box This has happened before on a previous visit This company are beyond disgraceful

Damage to property

The engineer was friendly and got my Vodaphone fttp up and connected After they left I noticed they had damaged the brick and left a nice burnt mark from a hot drill in our new carpet They left without saying a word I just couldn t believe it Already complained to Cityfibre who apparently will left them know what happened therefore waiting for a case reference number Let s see how long it takes

Fibre simply don t work engineer did not perform test before leaving Engineer was very courteous though

Self employed paid by the job but expected to work like paid by hour

47 50 per job my rear end you will spend 1-2 hrs at some partial jobs with challenging customers for 21 internals or doing jobs BT couldn t be bothered to do This company will take with one have and not give with the other Self employed basis but expected to work like an employed member of staff working by the hour You will be self employed and have to ask if you can finish work Planning is shocking and jobs dropped on you last minute up to 6pm You are put through training which is fantastic all the trainers are golden However your expected to uphold training standard with no realistic ability of earning good money as you WILL NEED TO CUT CORNERS to make any sort of decent money and they know this You are constantly chasing around for basic needs phones tools etc and not given what you need before you fit the road I feel sorry for the lads getting trainees put on them not paid a decent amount for loosing money or qualified to train new members
