Failed installation - But still a good experience Unfortunately my installation engineer wasn t able to complete the external fitting of home fibre broadband but his internal work was neat tidy Another star awarded for when I called the next day to chase the follow up spoke with Maddie She didn t have the answers I needed then there but promised to call me back in 30 minutes she did dead on the dot I took of one star due to the engineer being a couple of hours late This is completely unavoidable but I would suggest that a text saying Your Engineer is running late ETA 3pm would work better for your customers Many thanks John
