John and Adman carried out the CityFibre installation they were very professional the did a very good install A credit to Kelly s and great people representing CityFibre ro the customer

Had our EE full fibre optic router installed a week ago which was fine until I looked outside the front of our house Not very happy at all where the BT engineer had positioned the cables running up the front of our house It looked an eyesore Made complaint with EE who sent a complaint to BT and asked them to contact me re issue Still waiting for them to get in touch However today a very good engineer contacted me in response to my scanning the QR code included on the router Within a minute of scanning I was contacted by a Kelly Communications engineer named Mark He had called me in response to my scan attempt and asked how he could help I explained to him what I was doing and he said he would call in a couple of hours as I said it was a little early for me Sure enough he was knocking on my door around 10am I asked him if he had come to make good the wiring left by the previous engineer from BT He said no but that it wouldn t be a problem and he had already spotted the poor quality of workmanship as he walked up to the front door He was here about an hour and in that time he connected both our phones my husband s tablet and reconnected our Hive to the EE router Plus he rerouted the previous guys wiring to a much acceptable position on the front of our house Mark was efficient and clearly professional Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him Many thanks MARK you made our day We ll done

Christo and Artur came to install my new city fibre wifi they left everything clean and how it was They we re very polite efficient and provided me with the all the information i needed Thank you Great Service

These guys came with cityfibre on the day of my fibre installation and they got straight to work and finished within an hour and 10 minutes later my new internet was up and running

George and Saul were excellent Very professional job setting up my fibre line and really friendly Thanks guys

Their engineer came to install my BT fibre broadband He was very punctual polite and did the work quickly and tidily with no issues whatsoever so 10 10 as far as I m concerned

I am thrilled to write this outstanding review for Kelly s communication More so for the two engineers that came out to me Ellis and Lenroy They were incredibly helpful attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction Any inquires or concerns I had were addressed promptly with a level of care that is rare to find in today s market They both are an absolute asset to Kelly s and I hope the company can recognise this I understand there is quite a few negative comments and bad experiences but it appears this company do have wonderful employees and it definitely shows through Ellis and Lenroy You have a gained a very loyal customer through me
