Good Kelly experience

Kelly arrived and said it would take too long to thread cable under floorboards from front to back of house But as I was prepared to do it myself they left me with a 20m length of inside out dexgreen cable Perfect I took a day lifting floorboards etc to route cable and Kelly came back week later and finished job splicing outside cable to inside cable and hiding splice point under floorboards 10 10 Maybe I was lucky but they were perfect 75Mb s on Talktalk Full Fibre 65

Had Wayne on behalf of CityFibre visit for an installation today He was perfessional did a brillant job was kind and polite with my 5 y o getting him to help while answer a multitude of questions Wayne accomodated my preferred installation location and checked with me every step of the way before tracing cables and mounting hardware Kelly Group should be very proud to have Wayne as an employee as he does a brilliant job representing great values

Chris Burke was brilliant He made sure everything was installed properly and he29 came back later to check everything was working properly His service was excellent

Full Fibre installation went perfectly

The engineer was due between 8 00 and 13 00 At 10 45 we had a text to say he was on his way and he was with us by 11 00 Luke was very helpful professional and polite We advised where we would prefer the cable to enter the house and he said that he could do that easily by running it around the outside of the house and in through the back wall Everything was done very neatly and tidily He cleaned up behind himself and wore shoe covers to come into the house He confirmed that everything was working satisfactorily before he left I had been apprehensive having seen some of the negative reviews but we have absolutely no complaints at all Luke is a credit to his company

Job done

Kevin Mat And Collin from kelly communications came today to fit my broadband cable They were very professional and even carried on in a downpour Luckily it only lasted for a few minutes but they carried on regardless All of them were very polite and knocked on the door each time they came in Mat explained that its far better than copper cables and he said we will get a really good speed That will be nice no more buffering watching a film They left the place as they found it even putting up with my very nature aimed garden Well done lads you did a great job and you all should be proud of yourselves Your company has a great bunch of lads working for them

Kellys communications well done

This is my first dealings with Kelly communications and I have to say the engineer who came to install Internet was A1Very helpful knowledgeable clean and tidy Courteous and polite He explained to me what he has to do and fulfilled to the letter Se 29xl 16 06 22 installation took about 1 hr 30 mins Didn t catch his name but lovely fella

Great service

Had full fibre put in a couple of days ago by Kelly Communications and they were fantastic Initially two engineers attended but due to the complexities a 3rd attended to install the wire to the side of the house there was a slight issue when testing but they all came back shortly after and stayed late to rectify it The engineers were so polite and transparent throughout the whole process and worked hard to get it all sorted Unfortunately I didn t catch their names but I am super thankful to them all and would highly recommend

I enjoyed my time at the Kelly Group centre during my pre in-field training learned a lot I also learnt I had a newfound fear of heights and started to believe the job wasn t for me because of it However Michael s communication skills attentiveness to not just me but the whole class was second to none and pivotal to my personal success in passing training he s proved himself a valuable asset of the Kelly s team

Ryan came yesterday to install fibri

Ryan came yesterday to install fibri optic to the house He went above and beyond a very patient well mannered man BT came a month ago to connect the fibre optic to the juction unfortunately it had snapped but that wasn t a problem for Ryan he redid it A great job all connected

Fantastic trainer patient and thoughtful Went through all training and explained the process Michael Mekonnen went above and beyond with patience and support and got me over a fear of climbing something even my family could never do
