We had a Kelly engineer attend our house after reporting a fault to Sky our brand band provider He performed an outstanding operation found and fixed 3 faults with one of the faults being within the house He wasn t happy to leave the job half repaired and completed the job after his official finish time Well done and a gold star to your employee

Fibre broadband installed today November 8th 2024 Joshua from Kelly Group did good job on the installation putting the cable where I asked him Can t understand the bad reviews from this company

Fibre to the property installation

Had fibre to the property installed on the 18 11 24 and the communication info from Vodafone Openreach and Kelly Comms was excellent from start to finish David the installation engineer was excellent and installed everything exactly as I wanted it worked quickly and everything clean and tidy on completion The Broadband also worked as advertised Thanks to all involved

Kelly Group Fibre Broadband work

Kelly Group recently installed fibre broadband at my private house Despite a difficult start of appointments made and failure of the engineer to arrive when the engineer did arrive on Monday 11th Kieran did an excellent job worked really hard and didn t stop at any point for a break I am not sure who was responsible for the failed appointments - this could be down to Open Reach Thank you very much Kieran for your work Sue

We recently had fibre installation carried out by an outstanding team including Jami Callun Josh Ben and Sacha under the excellent supervision of Mick From start to finish the service was top-notch The team was professional patient and proactive going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and answer all our questions They maintained a positive can-do attitude throughout the process ensured the work area was left clean and removed all waste We are very impressed with the quality of service and the team s dedication to getting the job done efficiently and with minimal disruption Highly recommended
