Due to a rescheduled connecting flight I ended up with a 17 hour stopover at Nairobi Airport I was not even entitled to a bottle of water Customer service took two weeks to reply to emails and were vague Delays and cancellations appear to be quite common Actual flight was not great seating is very tight This airline does not perform well enough to part of the Alliance Program I would not recommend them

Booked a flight from London to Johannesburg Flight delayed for over 4 hours missed our connecting flight and was further delayed for about 8 hours with two young children communication was none existent Worst airline ever Worst customer service ever extensive delays and cancellations Very poor communication no response to emails Avoid at all cost

This is the worst airline I have flown with by far Every flight was delayed boarding or taking off the in flight entertainment was poor and Nairobi airport is dirty and dull Sadly 1 star is the lowest they let you rate on here

Terrible Business Class

Worst biz class flight I have ever taken Go with someone else If I could give -10 I would Reasons why abysmal Cabin staff simply don t seem to care They say they will return regarding drinks food but always seem to forget Not just for me but others also Bathrooms not well maintained On one occasion all towels toilet paper and tissues were missing In biz class Seriously No inflight entertainment system We had to bring our own devices to watch using their WiFi Staff don t seem to be proactive First choice meals not available than why have a menu Btw this was on both legs of the trip

AVOID AT ALL COSTS COMPLETE FRAUDMy experience with Kenya Airways has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - Flights repeatedly changed and canceled with no proper alternatives offered - Travel duration never ending not knowing when we would head back home we have been completely left in the dark for hours and had to book another route on our own- Lost luggage that took me a month to get back - Customer service useless and dismissive They ve been stringing me along for over a year started in december 2023 giving half-baked responses or completely irrelevant ones clearly stalling in the hopes that I d give up Kenya Airways finally came up with a compensation a laughable 90 voucher which I NEVER RECEIVED a complete insult I had seen bad reviews before I definitely should have believed them This company shows zero respect for its customers Think twice before booking with them you deserve better Clarot Julie
