I felt so bad I have been donating ketto hence I can not even comment unless I donate and funny thing is they only show on screen how much needed for patients they never show how much they have raised they only display the time formation and days left there is no transparency in ketto they are basically looting the people money by taking advantages from innocent people by advertising on Facebook and other platforms Stop scamming people if you really want help then be like that don t take money in the name of victims

I had made a donation before 2 years they sold my number to third party fake donation companies and they keep calling me harassing for donations stating various causes DO NOT DONATE TO KETTO THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY AND SELL YOUR DATA Plus their employees keep calling you every two days asking to money WORST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE GOVT SHOULD CONTROL THESE KIND OF SCAMMERS

Please train your team not to speak rudely when a customer refuses to donate to a particular cause Just because i donate for one cause Ketto cannot coerce me to donate to another additional cause The caller said you can t even donate 100 rupees I told him that iam donating to other agencies outside ketto and hence didn t wish to donate beyond the one cause for which i ve already registered with Ketto and am donating monthly Iam not sure if this is rhe caller s fault because they may be under pressure to meet targets but still assuming that I will donate for all the causes of ketto is absolutely unfair and impossible

I am a fundraiser in Ketto I am very unfortunate to fell into Ketto scam I have raised around 1lack INR for Covid patients donation in India but can t transfer that fund to anyone I have added beneficiary bank details and KYC documents since then no-one from Ketto responds to my email chat whatsapp message Twitter Phone lines either say not available or after 5mins gets disconnected So I can t withdraw fund from Ketto app Sad part is I raised fund but needy people can t use Please please please stay away from Ketto org

Never ever share your contact details in their platform This is being exploited as ppl contact us from different organizations and the purpose fails I made a mistake never ever do such mistakes
