I found the process very difficult and

I found the process very difficult and it took several months to get the key I had to phone the agent constantly Key came in 2 parts Blade key arrived a month after electronic key

Not very reliable

They paid for the car key replacement But would not pay for the house keys at all even though it states they will replace any keys that are owned by the policy holder After many phone calls and complaints still nothing has been done about my issue On this information I would not recommend or completely reliable if the worse does happen

Rubbish service

I thought I was covered for lost damaned or stolen keys as I had snapped the key they said they would only pay 50 towards it but if I had lost them that would pay up to 1500 so that gave a number for the AA who priced me 250 but couldn t do it for another 18 days I explained I was on holiday basically I was left high and dry and had to sort an auto locksmith myself

I was disappointed when you only refund me 50 for broken keys But not full covered I was honest and genuine on the case any waysNext policy I will make sure my keys cost fully covered when its brocked next time Thanks

Quick efficient communication and payment Sourced my own local locksmith who was very efficient and helpful Disappointed that Keycare only reimbursed me 50 of a 160 invoice Will not be renewing

Claim limit ridiculously low and does come anywhere close to the typical cost of key replacement Barely worth claiming so Insurance is totally inadequate and very misleading
