The process made me feel a bit frustrated as the case was handed over among different companies like agency insurer old new policy maker have to bear to verify the case and fortunately got it done finally

Very disillusioned customer

It is well documented how I feel Having my fob destroyed by an industrial lawnmower And only to receive the minimum 50 is beyond unacceptable The new fob costing nearly 400 I always say you never know how good an insurance cover is until you need it Well I needed it and after paying for many years no it s not a good cover

Customer service and advice was excellent I had an issue that when they came to replace my only key that I had lost they discovered the ignition barrel had been previously changed before I d bought the vehicle They covered the cost of a full lockset replacement Only negative is that you need to pay upfront then claim back Keycare we re very quick paying back however the dealership took a while to complete the job Excellent from Keycare though

Replacement took a while

Thankful that the stolen key has been replaced although it took quite a while and the car was out of service for quite a time The technician was less than friendly

Excellent once they turned up

My first appointment was cancelled by them then I had to wait another week just as well I had a spare key Once they turned up they were friendly professional and dealt with the job quickly

Great couldn t fault it My cover is part of my AA breakdown cover one phone call to the AA they contacted Keycare who then called me told me I would have to wait seven days as I had a spare key to see if it got handed in then they arrange for a technician to come to my place of work and program the new key 15 minutes and all done so easy

The customer service was poor but the engineer was excellent

The customer service was poor with texts received saying they had tried to call but no reply I had no missed calls When I called on their High Priority Line I had to hang up the first time after 10 minutes and then when I rang again they took 12 minutes to answer The engineer who attended was first class completing the job quickly and explaining what he was doing Very professional and friendly

It was easy to make a claim

It was easy to make a claim I ve sent all my details to the claims department waiting for payment which was a week ago and I haven t heard anything back yet so I m hoping that the payment will come through quickly as I ve had to pay out a large sum of money to get the key that I lost replaced

The damage to my car key was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I followed the advice I was given which was to get a repair from Timpsons and send in various documents by email My only complaint is that I did not receive acknowledgement of your receipt of my email and had to phone to check it had been received

Great key replacement service

Mini key went AWOL and cancelled it with BMW so finder couldn t gain access Then contacted AA key service Very friendly and efficient registered the loss A few days later the replacement was actioned and a very efficient AA key expert came to my works place and replaced the key with a generic and programmed it in Took about 45 mins Great caring service Replacement would have been 311 with BMW
