Still can t quite believe how good this insurance has been for us Took it out not imagining I would actually lose a can key And then when I did I was prepared for it to be a complicated claims process But it was super simple and they even sent someone to my house to programme a new manufacturer branded key Can t fault it

The experience was definitely a quick positive one The customer agent was polite and took note of the relevant details Then they triggered the expected key replication actions after explaining the process The key replication engineer showed up at the door step just as explained and took only 30 minutes to make a new key on a Saturday morning That s 5 stars in my book
