Avoid at all costs

I have had pink eye several times over the years-- I know exactly how it feels and presents for my body I can t get to my doctor for at least another 4-5 days so figured I would pay the 35 to get a prescription ASAP While not outwardly rude unkind the doctor refused to consider anything other than abrasion because I disclosed I wear contacts--even though their own symptoms triage at the beginning of the appointment guessed 83 that I have pink eye They told me to see an eye professional and that nothing else could be done Doctor asked if I had any other questions and disconnected while I was typing Haven t felt this blatantly robbed in a long time

The first provider

The first provider Angela Hon was extremely dismissive and frankly quite rude The medical condition I came to the app for was whitish bumps with discharge inside my nostril which I believe to be MRSA colonization I have had this before and been to the doctor for it so I knew what the symptoms were I also consulted a friend who is also a medical professional on this app who directed me to sign in explain my symptoms and that the clinician would more than likely prescribe an antibiotic ointment Angela Hon clearly did not read any of the intake information I had provided asking me to take a picture of my rash and telling me it was just pimples She also tried to press me for my friend s name who works for this company and asked why my friend didn t just prescribe it for me I explained that she can t do that if I m not her patient and that my friend was being a professional by telling me to go on the app I asked for a second clinician who was kind enough to write the prescription with no issues I understand not over prescribing people but we are literally talking about an ointment not a schedule 1 drug

I guess if you didn t have insurance

I guess if you didn t have insurance and you knew the exact medication and dose works wonders for you this would be worth it But these docs don t care about you and don t put any work in to improving you They often just sign off so they could cut your paycheck and move on to the next paycheck

The doctor was rushed

The doctor was rushed She asked what antibiotics usually help with utis since I have allergies to a couple but before I answered she sent a script It was only 250 mg 2x a day and it DID NOT kill the infection I know these doctors never had utis because if they did they would believe women over a few research studies If we have to get prescribed a different medication that leads to more antibiotic resistance than just giving someone a higher dose for a few more days

The communication was poor

The communication was poor Apparently I had to input my address for my refill and missed by a digit The package was returned and I was never informed When trying to get it clear as to what happened the visits kept ending automatically without my reply and I would have to start another chat It took a few days just to have it made clear that I was in fact going to receive the refill and only had to wait for a message that it was shipped That didn t happen Instead I received a text and email at 5 30 in the morning telling me to start the refill process again I contacted Khealth and they just said what was said before that I would receive a tracking notification It s been really bad Sorry to say it Edit adding also I don t think entering an address should be necessary if you already have an account and haven t changed the address

I feel like every response is so

I feel like every response is so robotic I only do a refill every 3 months and I feel like I m being rushed through the whole chat I like the app and the convenience I just think it should be more personable

several miscommnications a few

From the beginning I was told I was too old at age 84 Next confusion about how to use my local lab for testing needing their fax number name and address in advance and was signed up for Quest which didn t work for me Confusion about test results arriving after my chat ended and being charged again for a evaluation When the results arrived and I connected with a provider the chat ended before I could give my pharmacy info I did get my prescription and things are going well This could be a great service if things were more clear

The UI is hot garbage and the automated

The UI is hot garbage and the automated reminders that are supposed to come out when you re near time for a refil no longer come out In addition I completed the questionnaire 3 days ago and I had to follow up today to see what the hold up was Even though the message said the refil is on the way I still needed to speak go a Dr to get signoff I m so ready for the Amazon alternative

Very frustrating with the app

Very frustrating with the app It took about a week to be able to do a wellness visit due to complications with the app It has a spot to see my blood work results but that won t load I ve submitted a work request for this and haven t heard anything back yet They have you fill a questionnaire out before the wellness visit but then ask the the exact same questions in the visit Why do i have to answer the same questions twice I eventually got my wellness visit but nothing but headaches along the way Clearly the app needs a lot of work

Still waiting for a doctor after over two hours K Health was really good awhile back Be prepared for a long wait or try another company Ended up getting help but took hours
