Glaring misspelling on website

Haven t used this service yet as I m wary of telemedicine without blood panels but the first thing I noticed was the word receive spelled wrong on their website It makes me wonder about their quality control or competency Can I trust a company with my health and wellness if they can t remember i before e except after c

Pros and cons

Pros can easily chat with a doctor no phone calls or video calls needed quick prescriptions cheapCons has mostly male doctors the platform should understand many women are not comfortable discussing mental health issues with male doctors also have to upload a selfie everytime you chat with a doctor did not have to do this with other telehealth programs

Buggy app--I kept having to enter the same information over and over again More importantly the MD sent my pharmacist the wrong dosage information and did not return calls from the pharmacist asking for clarification I finally got the issue ironed out but it was a frustrating waste of time If it s not a holiday weekend try another service The process took hours

Bad experience with online purchase through K Health

I want to buy some drug and after providing my credit card it said I need a clinician to qualify my purchase and after giving copy of my driver license for them to verify it said this account is already active and asked me to redo again I want to cancel the order but I don t see any order in my account No phone to call only email I am anxious because my personal info is in their hand

My fiance has been using k health for a few months now and every single month we have an issue pills don t come pills go to wrong address they double charge or charge but keep trying to charge every other day even after payments are successful They really need to get their business together

Totally Disjointed Experience I have free access and it s still useless

I have access to K health for free through my health insurance Even so I would call it a waste The primary convenience to me is that they are available pretty much 24 7 both as urgent care and primary care I used them once for urgent care and similar to other revewiers they basically told me wait a couple days and go to urgent care if you don t feel better The urgent care person told me to use them for primary care because the primary care team is able to order lab work So I did that and when I copmleted the lab work then the next doctor who reviewed the results with me said the results didn t mean much even though multiple measures were flagged in red by the lab If it doesn t mean much then why was this test ordered I think it s because they want to max the reimbursement they get from my insurance The primary care service is horrible because you speak to a completely different doctor every single time and my interactions indicated that they do not review my medical records and previous appointment notes before starting the appointment So it s just been a horrible experience I have been told I am diabetic only to be told by a different doctor at a follow up appointment that the blood work didn t really mean much A nightmare

Limited care

K health can t help with much if you have a UTI they want labs if you have a side throat they want pictures which is hard to do on yourself they make you jump through hoops when your sick to check in if I have to go to lab I mine as week go to a walk in there awful

This app used to be 20 it s now 39 They changed their policies on what they consider giving care So I waited 3 hours in the middle of the night with a toothache only for the doctor to ask me one question and referred me to the ER within 2 minutes and told me she could not help me so to get a refund However they deny a refund because they considered her referring me to the ER as care I ve never felt so dismissed so quickly When I saw my pcp and asked if I should go to the ER like the K health doctor said they looked at me like I was crazy and even laughed a little bit

Do not sign up for a membership when they will not help you and you have to go to urgent care you will just be out the membership fee
