Overall I think this is a useful easy helpful app

So I downloaded this app today in hopes that I could get my antidepressant medication refilled Just recently moved cross country so I don t have a doctor yet I was prompted to do an online assessment of my symptoms and history Took about 30 minutes Was told about this anxiety and depression management program which is 19 a month for a doctor to talk to you about how your doing on the medication and send in a refill Overall I think it was a great service I already know what medication I m on so that helped in the process but now I don t have to go in office to get my refills The 19 a month I pay for will also provide unlimited chats with a doctor for anything else that might come up i e common colds infections sprains It was overall easy to use and navigate I don t have insurance right now so this is actually pretty helpful to have I haven t received my medication yet cause it s being mailed so hopefully all goes well with that

I had a uti and this place saved me

I had a uti and contacted this place because I didn t want to go waste my time with an arrogant dr charging me over 100 I liked the service and the ease of it and the dr was great I got the help and meds I needed This part of care was excellent The reason why I m giving it this score is because the registration itself and answering questions are done several times until you finally get to the dr I had to register once to begin then another 3 times because it wanted me to answer all of the questions again and input my information again and that part was annoying and confusing I was desperate to get help though so I kept registering and answering the same questions and sending my picture and identification So engineers please fix it so you register once and answer the questions once

Worked surprisingly well for me

I used it for the first time after 2 days of excruciating ear pain I did the one time visit for 19 Was diagnosed as having an ear infection by a real doctor who I looked up by name He called to verify my name and birth date as required by my state then we did the rest over the app He then submitted a prescription for an antibiotic to my local pharmacy From initial sign up to popping the first pill took about 1 hour and 45 minutes I did have to wait for the prescription to be filled and go pick it up I have to say I was impressed and it was a positive experience for me The app was a little glitchy so I only gave 4 stars but would use again

Okay so You have to answer a million questions and wait a little bit but once you get someone in the chat the docs are very helpful My fianc has a bad URI and the doc prescribed steroids to help with inflammation as well as gave a list of home care advice
