Good but could be better

I like the ease when the app works however small things like lag not saving pharmacy not being able to get refills longer than 90 days notifications not going through until after the appointment has ended without me speaking with the provider have me hoping they ll make some improvements Overall this is very affordable and convenient for my needs

My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy Clearly I sent the name and address of my pharmacy and it was still not there after reaching out several times Pain is not a good thing especially when you re trying to locate where your prescription went

I love the convenience of K health I have huge anxiety when it comes to doctors and appointments this is extremely helpful for my anxiety The monthly cost is a bit expensive if I were going to the doctor then I would only be paying my 25 00 copay but that s the only compliant that I have

My first visit last week

My first visit last week the Dr didn t do the video call with me like normal 5 days later medication had not shipped So I reached out I got charged again for reaching out to check on my medication which big feel was not fair

Okay at best

It s really hit or miss depending on your clinician Also the app lags a lot when communicating so you might miss texts from the doctor unless you regularly send and things while you re waiting It s okay if you need a regular prescription or have a lapse in your health insurance and need say a prescription for a UTI or something I was also a longtime user and saw my monthly price more than double but someone I referred to the app had their monthly price stay the same Kind of bs don t understand how they decide who was grandfathered in and who wasn t considering I had the app before them But okay It s not really worth the monthly price but I always forget to unsubscribe lol maybe I ll do that now It s okay in a pinch but nothing special for long term use

Before membership was an option it was much faster to get to speak to a clinician

The last several times I have used the app it has taken several hours to speak to a clinician I think it is quicker without a membership which makes no sense except for you are paying for each use instead of a flat rate

It is not easy to start a refill

It is not easy to start a refill Every 3 months I have to search for a message to reply to only to be told to answer an assessment It is not intuitive and it should be Otherwise K Health is a great company Fix the refill issue and you will get 5 stars

They diagnosed me correctly

They diagnosed me correctly but I didn t get a good enough prescription They said with Bronchitis you will cough 3-4 weeks and prescribed cough pearls for 5 days I asked for a steroid and was declined So I ll need to go back to work Monday still coughing my head off

Generally good experience but appointments don t seem to be honored

The doctors that have spoken with me have been wonderful kind and professional The mobile app isn t the most UX friendly but it s still fairly simple to use My dissatisfaction lies mainly in the appointment system I m not sure how the app connects me to the providers that are employed by the company so maybe it s an inevitable part of the process However the two times I ve tried to be seen by a provider I have had to wait over 30 minutes despite having created an appointment My most recent appointment was set for 2PM on a Friday and I wasn t actually helped until 3 15PM When I brought up the issue with the provider they weren t even aware that I had an appointment set If appointments are not honored it would be harder for me to rely on this platform

It took over an hour to talk to someone

It took over an hour to talk to someone and then it was a NP not an actual doctor I answered all of the questions as to my symptoms and then had to do it all over again with the NP Took way too long between chats to get answers like she was working on more than one patient at a time I was asked to provide my allergies and preferred pharmacy address I did that and was asked for the information again
