Great company but won t treat auto immune diseases or treat you at all

I enjoyed using this app it was easy and always helpful the only reason I didn t give 5 stars is because they changed their policy and won t treat me anymore cause I have a auto immune disease lupus and fibromyalgia I m very sad I can t even get help if I have the flu or something

I finished completing questionnaire today I was a little surprised that I was then given a wait time of 2 hours and 6 minutes for appointment rather than some options to schedule an appointment I texted with doctor and was immediately prescribed a medication I than reached out to customer support afterward with follow-up question that I forgot to ask doctor I spoke with Charvi from Customer Support who went above and beyond to answer my question The waiting time was not ideal but I will keep that in mind next time I request an appointment Overall so far so good I am hopeful and excited about my experience as I continue to use K Health

I m not sure what all these reviewers are on about I ve been using Khealth for over a year with absolutely no issue The mental health checkups to get a refill are a bit annoying but that s the extent of it I think a lot of y all need to learn what a scam truly is because this app is not one

Great Doctors that provide the care you need

I ve been using KHealth for over a year now and the Doctors have been great They take the time to discuss your needs and provide the best solutions They also are sure to follow-up if needed Prescriptions can be delivered straight from KHealth to make the experience even speedier My only complaint is that the app does not have great UI UX I would post 5 stars if it were redone to be less confusing Definitely worth signing up

RX refill

It is very difficult to get a prescription renewal One if the medications I take is not on your list and in order to get it sent in I have to schedule an appointment with a doctor Scheduling was not available on the app so I had to call to het someone to schedule the appointment I ask for a 3 month supply with one refill to cover me until my next blood work but then a one month supply with one refill gets sent to the pharmacy so I will have to make another appointment in 6 weeks to get another Refill It is time consuming and does not need to be

The provider was knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with She listened to me and together came up with the best treatment plan Suggestion If we pay 49 monthly fee then we should not be charged extra for prescription

So useful for busy mothers of small children

The fact I am able to get care on weekends at home is huge I have used K Health 2 times now and love how easy it is The one thing that could be improved is the wait time This second time I had to wait about 4 hours for my provider to enter the chat I understand providers are limited but 4 hours seems a bit long I still got the care I needed but the pharmacy had just closed by the time my provider entered the chat Otherwise I will most definitely keep using this service
