My packet have not been sendt after 17 days
I bought a Christmas present for my little son on December 1st for 790 euros so it s his big gift and without it it s a little sad I have bought a climbing frame roller coaster climbing board and a swing It said on the website that it would be sent within 2-3 days so I figured that of course it would arrive before Christmas but I fear more and more it will not happen I have written 4 emails the 1st 8th 13th and again today the 17th of December and have received 1 reply the 9th of December where they say that there is a much longer delivery time than they themselves have stated but they get the climbing frame home at the beginning of this week where they are sending it to me but it is now friday and they have not sent it yet They were supposed to send the other things but have so far only received a swing even a wrong model but never mind just the other things have time to arrive before Christmas I m gradually quite desperate I have no idea what s going on no information is received can not get hold of them and when you call there is just an automatically voiced message where they ask you to send an email I thought it was a nice website with really many nice things so had I got a good treatment and good service I would have definitely bought a lot more from them but honestly do not think I dare after this round Hope my son gets something to pack up on Christmas Eve but right now it s all uncertain and can do nothing but hope they send my stuff soon if I get them at all After all 17 days is a lot over the 2-3 days I was promised I hope they correct their service and prove that I can count on them anyway but so far they have only earned 1 star there is nothing they have promised are fulfilled they do not answer either mail or phone and one can not get in touch with them in any way

They took our money sent the broken product and then disappeared
this company is either a scam or is about to go under there is something really dodgy about them we paid around 600 euros for a baby cot which arrived with broken and missing parts after weeks of trying to get a response from them we didnt get anywhere and our baby sleeps on the floor as a result of it they hide behind an external secretary company which takes calls and messages which go nowhere customer support team doesnt reply to emails it is shocking that in Germany a business can operate like this and customers who paid a lot of money for their product remain unprotected its not just a piece of clothing we are talking about here its an essential for a baby don t make the same mistake we did and order anything from this company it seems that many people are having the same issues as us the only way to get our money back is to take the legal route

If I had read the previous reviews before Unfortunately I didn t I bought a wardrobe for our nursery in December 2022 and this mid-march without any sign of delivery They first said there was a problem in the warehouse of the manufacturer that was causing the delay Then they said it would be delivered last week but I didn t receive any contact for delivery Now they are not even answering my emails and the customer phone number is always off Unfortunately I will have to take legal action against them
