My sunglasses do not fit on my face They fall off every time Clearly this business is built off star power with zero understanding of quality control and logistics

Item has never arrived

Ordered an item on the 14th July it s now 14th August and no sign of it Tracking details are useless it said it arrived in Heathrow on 30th July and no updates since I emailed customer service and was told they couldn t give me any details as to when it will arrive I have lost all hope of ever receiving this item and can only warn others about this site it has to be a scam My advice do not order 24th August product arrived and the quality is horrendous Nothing like the picture Do not bother

Kittenish isn t for plus sized women

I m a plus sized woman Wear a size 18 and have for years Definitely don t feel the Kittenish brand represents plus sized women well None of the models on the site wear anything over a large or what appears to be a 8-10 in pants Regardless I have ordered some items that would flatter my body type there isn t much and selected sizes based on their size chart Every time I ve ordered pants XXL which is supposed to be for 18-20 I can t even get them over my thighs It s impossible that this is sized correctly Both items were sale items so I couldn t return them Last year I ordered the cheetah print duster sweater and it got a hole in it after 4 wears I contacted customer support and didn t get an answer after 3 weeks and counting Really disappointed

Don t order from this scam company I ordered a size M dress and received an XL I went to the website and sent 3 different emails trying to get a return mailing label No one has responded in the 14 days since I sent the first email I finally took it up with my credit card company to try getting my money back I would also like to mention the quality of the dress was thin and felt cheap

Terrible company due to their terrible customer service I have been going back and forth with customer service because I needed to return a few items and I accidentally sent 2 items that were not allowed to be returned I asked that they in the least send them back to me and they are refusing to send the items back claiming they can not find them and are unwilling to refund my payment I now have been charged for clothes I do not have which is a complete scam if you ask me Considering the climate we are in with the world right now I would think a company that Jessie James Decker represented would be more customer service oriented

I ordered a pair of shorts which were wayyyy to small returned them the same day they arrived Within a week I received an email stating my return was received and I would be contacted shortly after it was processed 30 days later I still hadn t heard anything Emailed Kittenish and after another 7 days received an email stating I have a 15 00 store credit Strange since the shorts I originally bought were 20 Apparently Kittenish charges their customers for the return label So I paid a crazy shipping charge to get the item initially and then had to pay again to return it What a joke I will never buy from them again
