I didn t recieved the complete order They deliverd ONLY one piece and say that the order is complete Im try to call and email but they Sony respond Im very upset

1 Delivery was delayed for couple days 2 You delivered used and broken table 3 To return the goods I still have to go and print out some documents And spent my time for that 4 Considering that you completely failed my order I was not even offered any discount on my next order In conclusion I want to say that this was my last order from you given the terrible service

I received it damaged and the costumer service is not responsive enough I m stuck with a box in my living room for a week not knowing what to do If you charge so much for furniture you should deliver a high quality product Very disappointed since I waited over a month for it to arrive Could have ordered from a different store and receive sooner but I loved the design and it looked like high quality but the reality is not as it was on the site

I bought a headboard from them and it came with defects When I contacted them they told me that I bought it with a discount and that it had am S in its reference code so I should have known that it was an item with defects Wow I find them super irresponsible If you are selling an item with defects it should be very clear in its page right It was not Anyhow so I had to pay to send the item back and it was very unpleasant experience to deal with them Watch out if an item you like is on discount
