it was the worst service experience I have ever had since I moved to Germany I found Klugo online passed through an online questionnaire to explain the case got a message that Klugo can help with my case and provide a first consultation if I register for a fee of 20 I payed the 20 to recieve first consultation regarding a parking violation fees which were too high as the City have towed my car and want to charge me very high rate for the towing service I wanted to get some advice on how to deal with the situation which arguments can I use to object against the charges etc The lawyer was so rude and impatient he just interrupted me while explaining the situation said that he will neither listen nor speak until he reads the case file which I don t have insisted on that and then hang up on me Complete improfessional I do not recommend

Terrible experience with Klugo legal consultation Paid 20 for a consultation about city towing fees but received zero useful information The lawyer was extremely rude kept interrupting and hung up after just 4 minutes - before I could even finish my question Save your money and avoid Not worth a single euro

The telephone experience was bad
The initial Termin booking process was clear and easy But the lawyer who spoke to me during the call was not helpful at all I was scared but he did not help me at all He just kept on saying I can t comment I need your file only then I know the details etc it was very irritating When I asked him minimum charge for using his services he said 790-1200 euro Again very wrong advice Thankfully I spoke to someone else at less than 50 euro and got all my questions answered
