Great help from this company S P in case where Lufthansa s flight was cancelled and we had to spend an extra night in Munich Lufthansa did not provide any support for us and they did not compensate the extra costs although I contacted them several times via customer support Lufthansa doesn t care for its customers at all My only hope was to contact this company for help Thanks to their great support I was able to after one year long process get a settlement offer from Lufthansa compensating partly my extra costs due to the flight cancellation Big thanks S P for help
