I have been using KMC legal 5 times in last few month whatever buying or selling property everytime when I check the progress The answer is always that we are waiting the response from other side KMC Legal is really fast for response of any enquires definitely I will come back again and again Also the price is really reasonable

From start to finish I can honestly say that KMC have been brilliant Katie Bracegirdle was nothing short of fantastic and I am so grateful to her and the team for making the process of purchasing a house which is a big undertaking so easy They genuinely seem to care which made all the difference The app was helpful but Katie would go out of her way to call me with any specific updates which was so reassuringI would have no hesitation in recommending KMC to anyone Thank you Liz

Brilliant service from Ben and the team at KMC Legal Couldn t recommend highly enough As I was buying my first house on my own I was worried about everything I d have to sort as I had no idea what to expect or where to start However KMC went through everything with me with great communication throughout and made everything simple Nothing was too much trouble for them and there was always someone to call throughout the entire process Now a happy homeowner and would definitely use KMC again and already recommended them to my brother who has also recently moved Thanks KMC Sean

Overall Very happy with the service

Overall Very happy with the service Always pick up the phone and generally are able to answer most queries there and then My case did get passed around due to staff leaving but this did not have an adverse effect on the completion date I ended up with Lorna who picked up the case and got her head round the details very quickly Having delt with bad solicitors before it was very refreshing to find a firm that represents good value for money
