Terrible quality Scam

Upon arrival the package was severely damaged the pants having being stuffed into a flimsy envelope - not even padded and the items themselves were cheap tatty looking and poorly made Absolute waste of money AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible sizing disparity and descriptions

The smalls were TINY and constricted my hips and butt like it wouldn t actually contain my cheeks but the medium is way too big The mediums all LITERALLY sag off of my butt but fit perfectly on my hips The difference between the two sizes is astounding This size is not going to fit you unless you have proportionally either really long hips or a big butt This wouldn t be an issue though if their sizing chart were remotely accurate cause at least people would have the option of finding that out before ordering Stuck with it for 3-4 months before finally just cancelling

SCAM

This company is a complete scam No refund on items received with completely incorrect sizing even after they acknowledged it was their mistake They ve blocked me on social media for reaching out for a refund Do NOT give them money Scam artists

They are awful

They are awful They used to be great about 5 years ago now they cater to obese people only They replaced the real models with random obese women the quality has completely diminished to nothing Don t waste money here

I ordered two packs of three underwear

I ordered two packs of three underwear and a pj set that was a discounted add on The pjs are nice and I m happy about them however none of the underwear fit Out of a three pack of boxers all had a very tight waistband and the seams on two pairs weren t even finished Holes The three pack of low rise panties were so tiny they didn t even cover my butt No returns no customer service I would never order again and would never recommend

Disappointment - You Get What You Pay For

I ordered from Knotty Knickers after having seen many ads featuring plus size models I was impressed by the variety of the offerings as well as the size range and I ve been excited to receive my purchases since I placed my order To my dismay many of the pieces do not fit At all Most especially the bralettes which seem to have been made larger around the band with no further accomodations for larger busts The ones that do feel low quality as I should have admittedly expected as their prices are quite low and I doubt I will see much wear from them

Zero star rating

I ve only given one star as zero isn t an option I ve been trying for months to cancel my subscription emails are unanswered you can t cancel via your account as it let s you do everything except cancel Time to get my bank involved Very easy to sign up very difficult to stop paying

Poor product and poor customer service no returns allowed

I recently made a purchase where I somehow ordered the wrong size I mean like 4 sizes too small and they will not allow me to return them They are unopened sealed in the package with tags I told them that I was going to never purchase from them again if they didn t help me out somehow their response was shrug I could understand if someone had tried them on but they are completely unopen Ridiculous terrible customer service Also the underwear that I did order correctly is the worst quality u derwear ever With no stretch to them Very uncomfortable No wonder they don t accept returns

DOLLAR STORE has BETTER quality

I ordered my first bundle of panties from you after seeing your ads consistently popping up on my feed for over a year Utterly disappointed Quality is literally trash Some fit some don t Too big or too small Material feels cheap Stitching is horrendous Either not lining up not finished the stitch exta material randomly hanging I seriously don t understand how you guys are in business The quality of the products I got were less than the quality i would find at a dollar store thrift shop combined I ll be sure to leave this review everywhere possible so people don t waste their money Update they are requesting to take this post down Which us ridiculous I did contact them about the quality and they offered me a discount on a future product Which is laughable I also joined a Facebook group called LOVE Knotty Knickers to see if people actually loved knotty knickers some do but it is quite laughable because 50 of the posts are people asking if theirs fit true to size fit funny had weird stitching etc So my updated warning review would be that it is a gamble if you get a good pair Because they do not have a consistent production warehouse and essentially go wherever is cheapest they quality is not consistent And based on the bunch that I purchased majority are not

Worst Customer Service

This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced I ordered from them nothing came they asked me to provide them with proof of address with a utility bill or a CRA bill Then they offer me 20 off to reorder because even though my billing address was correct the mailing address was tampered with I say tampered with because I do not manually fill out addresses they are automatically generated with my payment Do not purchase from them
