Chose Splendies instead

I gifted a subscription to my daughter She loved getting new panties every month and they seemed to be decent quality for the price but the third month the panties stayed at the post office with postage required We paid the difference to pick them up and I chalked it up to a simple error However the next month the same thing happened I contacted customer service and sent pictures of the postage due notices I was met with demand for further receipts and felt as if I was accused of dishonesty We paid the extra postage and picked up both deliveries but canceled the subscription due to poor customer service We decided that o subscribe to Splendies instead and couldn t be happier

Really poor quality - do not buy

Really poor quality and the sizing isn t even remotely accurate Disappointed to see there is no returns option either Feel really disappointed because for the price paid I expected so much more Products also come in surplus plastic which is not sustainable or environment friendly and really disappointing to see Save your money and don t buy from this shop

The sizes are WAY off

The sizes are incredibly inconsistent I usually wear a medium to a large and so I ordered a large to be on the safe size and so I could put them in the dryer without worrying they would shrink Surprise They are super tight the elastic cuts off my circulation even when I yank it up to be 2 inches under my boobs This is so disappointing considering the fact that I was under the impression they were a body-positive company Any person struggling with body dysmorphia or disordered eating would go into a tailspin after trying these on I feel gaslighted

Really disappointed considering the quality of their marketing What has arrived is poor quality material loose threads everywhere and the sizing is waaaaaay off No use at all and they don t offer returns or exchanges on anything even bralettes I wish I read reviews first Lesson learned I would absolutely not use this retailer again

The subscription service that charges but never delivers

I subscribed to Knotty Knickers monthly subscription service several months ago and while they have consistently charged my credit card they have not sent me my subscription even once I ve received nothing I tried reaching out to customer service a few times and it went nowhere but Knotty continues to charge my card I just attempted to log back into the website to cancel my subscription only to find that my account no longer exists Apparently they deleted my account and haven t sent any of my monthly subscriptions since the beginning of subscribing but continue to charge my card I just want the product but customer service isn t helpful when you get the same answer every time we ll look into it only for your account to be deleted so you can t log in while they still continue to charge your card Meanwhile Splendies which I subscribed to at the exact same time as Knotty has sent my monthly subscription without fail every month like clockwork I was going to order so many more items from Knotty but when my subscription never came I held off Now I m glad I did I can t believe this company I wanted to like them because of their inclusive ad campaigns but I can t trust a company that steals my money won t send any product and won t even give me a way of cancelling the payments for products they never delivered I m really disappointed

Terrible customer service

I waited a month for my order When I reached out to customer service I was told my street address was listed as Avenue instead of Crescent therefore I did not receive my package Street number apartment number city and postal code were all correct though They offered me a 20 discount to make up for it rather than attempting another delivery Ridiculous

Don t buy from knotty knickers

I ordered 2 sets of their mystery boxers and never received a confirmation to verify my order I payed through PayPal and my address was different from the address I was having it sent to I never received my purchase and was informed it was sent to the wrong address I immediately contacted knotty knickers to have my items sent to the correct address and told those morons I never received a confirmation to verify the order Well they told me that they are not responsible for sending to a wrong address and offered me a crappy 20 coupon for my next purchase This is by far the worst customer service Do not purchase anything from this lame company They don t care about their customers and their crappy policies are not what a honest company who wants repeat customers does Buyer beware Update 11 14 23 Knotty knickers has agreed to resend my items I am now waiting for my order to arrive

Edit to add that since posting this review the company has twice tried to have my review removed and claim it s not based on an actual transaction Cheap sh t Arrived with three different sizes one of the pairs had the side not properly sewn together so it couldn t even sit on the body The other two pairs were sewn unevenly so one side was bigger than the other Dollar store has better quality and styles

Worst online purchase experience ever

Ordered for the 1st time and it took them nearly 2 weeks to ship and I had to call them out first Wrote them an email that they didn t respond to Called them out on that Got blocked from their FB page They email saying they ve shipped and tracking sits there for a week doing nothing Email them again and it s lost The latest is that they will reship in 3 days I should definitely never shop here again

I spent 300 in my first month plus year subscription and bought the monthly bonuses Quality was so-so but pricing was good so I didn t care Then they sent me a trio pack underwear an XL when I was a M They wanted actual photo proof I got the wrong size so I showed them the tags That wasn t good enough they wanted a picture of each 3 against my hand to show actual size comparison Like come on I just spent 300 and subscribed with my visa to your company and they re treating me like I m trying to scam them for 3 free panties worth 14 99 Can they not look me up and see how much money I was spending on them I sent the photos and it took them 3 months to send a replacement I canceled my subscription because they couldn t see I was a good customer You can t fix stupid
