You are your own boss as a driver with Lyft and Uber so what do you do if you lose your primary source of income You have to look after yourself I signed up for Kover because I can t afford not to pay my bills and live while my car s in the shop My repair center did something to my car that kept it out of action for longer than I expected and I would have been in trouble if I didn t have Kover to over my cost of living during that time period It was an absolute godsend Thank you so much Kover

I have used services before and their speed was great and everything but the repair itself wasn t up to scratch With Kover that wasn t an issue - my phone was as good as new when I got it back They collect it and they take it away and they bring it back and you don t have to worry about it You have a loaner phone for the entire time that it is gone and you can operate just how you would operate normally To say that this ability to just keep working and not have to stop is amazing is a massive understatement The Kover policy and their excellent service was a life saver

It s only when you don t have a phone

It s only when you don t have a phone that you realize quite how much you rely on it for during the day Before I got this policy from Kover I had to experience this and the number of workarounds that you have to figure out is ridiculous Anyway now I don t have to worry about that They come and they pick the phone up at your location and drop it off at the repair center and then bring it back to you when it s done That is some really good service there Add to that the fact you get a loaner phone and what more could you want

I like that you have to be a good

I like that you have to be a good driver to take advantage of Kover The fact that it s true that you have to be good driver to get the coverage with Kover is actually a great thing It means not only that they are supporting great drivers on both of these services but also that it is going to make it easier to provide high quality service at a lower price Bad drivers are more costly to insure and who want to encourage bad drivers It is not like you can t raise your scores as a driver and then reap the rewards from that Sure you may have to work a little harder but it s worth it

I m used to claims being a stressful

I m used to claims being a stressful frustrating process It just seems like they re always trying to get out of paying for things Kover was different The claim was so easy to file and it was fast too Most importantly they paid for everything they said they would They re the best product you can get if you re a ride share driver

Deductibles truly suck

Deductibles truly suck It really surprised me when I discovered that Kover doesn t ask you to pay a deductible on repairs - they had me right there It is bad enough that the phone is broken and then you usually get hit in the pocket to get it repaired It really is the cherry on top of the cake Kover let you know that they agree with you about this so they don t do it and you ve got to love them for that I looked around and i didn t find anyone else offering that kind of deal - it just isn t a thing

Kover is a brilliant idea

Kover is a brilliant idea and until I stumbled across it I honestly had no idea that something like this existed Uber and Lyft both give you a lot of information about what you are covered for in terms of protecting you and the passenger in the event of an accident but I am not sure that they talk about protecting yourself from loss of income Anyway if thy do I hadn t found it Kover makes so much sense and I am really glad I discovered it I started looking for something like it after I found some threads asking about exactly this kind of policy on the driver communities I shared a link to Kover once I found the app and I know some of the guys signed up for it too and they like it as much as I do Just knowing that you have your expenses covered in the event that your car needs to go in for repair is a weight off your mind It s already pretty stressful if you get into that situation and not having to worry about how you are going to make it through the week is an amazing thing I m very happy with it

I thought I was never going to get into

I thought I was never going to get into an accident - I have a 5 star rating and I am one of the safest drivers you could wish to meet but accidents do happen I am so glad that I signed up for this coverage - it really saved my life I frankly don t know what I would have done if I didn t have Kover looking after my daily expenses while my car was in the shop I have been driving full time for a while now and with this is my main gig so you can imagine how not having a car makes it impossible to pay the bills and to live I would literally have no cash flow at all if it weren t for Kover and you have to keep paying the bills even if you are unable to work Being in an accident is horrible Thankfully I wasn t badly hurt but the car was a mess and I would have been really worried if I didn t have this safety net The cost for the policy is super low and until I found Kover I don t know that I would have thought about getting an insurance policy for something like this - now I wouldn t be without it

I always do my due diligence when I am going to sign up for any policy and that means doing my homework on some of the other options that are out there on the market I need my phone to be working all the time because it is vital for me to run my home business and also to run my social calendar Keeping any downtime to a minimum is a vital necessity for me I found that most of these other policies were not only more expensive upfront but they also hit you with high deductibles which made wonder what the point of signing up for them was in the first place I don t want to pay for a policy and then have to work out how to pay for the damages I want to get my phone repaired ASAP kover make that possible Then I started to look at the kind of service that you get with them and there really wasn t anything to compete The loaner phone the 3 hour turn around and the quality of the repair are hard to beat Time is of the essence for me and this aspect of the policy handled that The low cost and the lack of deductibles really makes the policy makes a lot of sense financially

I m so glad I signed up for this I ve already had to put in claims for 3 Deactivations 1- First one was when I was Unable to Drive while LYFT did a background check that took 4 days 2- Second one was when a 3rd party requester claimed I did not pick up someone in a wheelchair Could not drive for 2 days on that one Lyft saw I took the trip 3- Third one was just this weekend while Lyft was finally offering GREAT Streak bonuses and a lying passenger who was wearing TWO masks claimed I was NOT wearing a mask LOL All in all for those 7 days I could not drive through no fault of my own got reimbursed 593 which is approx 80 of my weekly pay Didn t have gas expenses for the days I couldn t drive so it s all good So far I ve only paid 120 in monthly premiums so that means if I never have another claim for 2 yrs I ve at least broken even And I haven t even used the other benefits or perks yet They ve always been quick to respond and pay out quickly too So far this has been a great investment for me Highly recommended
