This is what I was looking for I am a safe driver and I met all the requirements so I signed up I have a 4 8 for Uber I have driven more than 2000 trips and I haven t had an accident in 2 years What s not to love about it

I was stunned by how quick the service
I was stunned by how quick the service was Most of the big guys are promising you that you are going to get it back the same day and if you go to one of the smaller guys it is usually to be a lot longer 3 hours for Kover 3 hours If it didn t include all the other things I would say this is the big selling point of the policy for me Who has time in the week to wait around for someone to get back to you In a turnaround time of 3 hours you almost don t realize that the phone is gone

I don t have much patience Who wants to wait around when they have made a claim When you have crossed all the Ts and dotted every i you don t want to have to go through this long drawn out process to get anything With Kover you get an instant payout which I like Send the word claim to them on their support number and they have this AI set up that helps you file the claim in a few minutes and then hey presto less than 10 seconds later you have your payout How s that for service Not bad in my books

There should be another longer content
There should be another longer content that talks about a real payout story and how convenient the whole service is I would not be without this Kover policy for my iPhone As you can imagine with a wedding being planned there is a lot of running around and a lot of coordination that needs to happen so it is the absolute worst time for something to happen to your phone Being the bride s mother is a full time job Well it often happens that when you are crunched for time that is when things are going to go bad I was trying on my dress and I unfortunately dropped my phone and cracked it so bad that I couldn t use it I was a little emotional when I reached the guys at Kover but they understood how urgent it was for me to get my phone repaired as quickly as possible They had my loaner phone to me very quickly so I could keep all the plates spinning that I was managing for the wedding and then they repaired the phone and had it back to me so quickly that I was in tears I was so happy When a company really pulls the stops out for you you really feel it and Kover went above and beyond What a great service

My car is a rental and Kover still accepted my claim I was really worried that they would dismiss it since I don t own my own car but it wasn t a problem at all They still paid me for two weeks of the time that I was unable to drive

I m so glad I signed up for this
I m so glad I signed up for this I ve already had to put in claims for 3 Deactivations 1- First one was when I was Unable to Drive while LYFT did a background check that took 4 days 2- Second one was when a 3rd party requester claimed I did not pick up someone in a wheelchair Could not drive for 2 days on that one Lyft saw I took the trip 3- Third one was just this weekend while Lyft was finally offering GREAT Streak bonuses and a lying passenger who was wearing TWO masks claimed I was NOT wearing a mask LOL All in all for those 7 days I could not drive through no fault of my own got reimbursed 593 which is approx 80 of my weekly pay Didn t have gas expenses for the days I couldn t drive so it s all good So far I ve only paid 120 in monthly premiums so that means if I never have another claim for 2 yrs I ve at least broken even And I haven t even used the other benefits or perks yet They ve always been quick to respond and pay out quickly too So far this has been a great investment for me Highly recommended

I always do my due diligence when I am going to sign up for any policy and that means doing my homework on some of the other options that are out there on the market I need my phone to be working all the time because it is vital for me to run my home business and also to run my social calendar Keeping any downtime to a minimum is a vital necessity for me I found that most of these other policies were not only more expensive upfront but they also hit you with high deductibles which made wonder what the point of signing up for them was in the first place I don t want to pay for a policy and then have to work out how to pay for the damages I want to get my phone repaired ASAP kover make that possible Then I started to look at the kind of service that you get with them and there really wasn t anything to compete The loaner phone the 3 hour turn around and the quality of the repair are hard to beat Time is of the essence for me and this aspect of the policy handled that The low cost and the lack of deductibles really makes the policy makes a lot of sense financially
