I have had a decent experience with them Shocked by all the bad reviews to be honest my calls are returned sometimes the support staff can have a short fuse which is NOT ok when I call for help with a medical problem but other than that I am pleased I will continue to be a memebet

Best Foot Clinic visit ever

I had an appt at the Longmont Co facility on Mon 12 13 21 I had a pneumonia shot a tetanus shot and a foot clinic appt I was taken care of by Nurse Lilly She was professional competent and very kind It was the best Foot Clinic visit ever I left completely satisfied with my care kudos to Nurse Lilly

More A-TEAM care givers at Kaiser

I had a colonoscopy at the Franklin facility on 3 4 22 with our favorite GI doctor Leslie Stark She has attended to our needs in that specialty for 10-15 years She has proven to be very thorough responds to all verbal inquiries and emails has the heart of a servant a kind and considerate caregiver At my recent procedure I met Jane Y as my prep nurse A very dedicated personable no nonsense professional As I watched and absorbed the thoroughness with which she got me ready I grew to have a real appreciation for her knowledge and concern for my well being She thoroughly quizzed me down as to my prep for the procedure located the IV in just the right spot for my comfort observed my habits comfort level and was most helpful in finding an item in my clothes bag and generally provided confidence and comfort through her abilities and knowledge In the procedure room I observed her training instructing a new young nurse in ever so many low key kind ways to do the necessary things and also many of the secrets of the trade and nursing excellence Well done health care givers you and Kaiser are the best Warren Arnold

Ashley D Rieple OD completed my eye exam andprovided advise and suggestions in a very professionalmanner She was very thorough and did not rush but took the time necessary to answer my questions I was very pleased with everything that she did

Kaiser is steadfast and excellent

I had visited what I thought was a reputable optometrist not affiliated with Kaiser yesterday because my right eye was blurry and scratchy and dry I spent over two hours where the doctor looked closely in my eyes measured dilated and took pics She kept saying something is different about your right eye It s gotten worse referred me to an ophthalmologist for a cornea check Later in the day 7 hours later both eyes were almost still fully dilated I called Kaiser advice and talked to a nurse She made an appointment for me for this morning Within ten minutes of arriving at Kaiser optical department and every tech and assistant being knowledgeable and friendly the optometrist took me back and looked in my eye with a scope and said do you realize you have a contact in your eye I was completely shocked we removed it quickly and I got instant relief Apparently when I was trying on contacts two days prior I had put in two contacts instead of one from a used container of mine and quickly removed the one contact because it was uncomfortable never realizing I had put two in the same eye I m so thankful for the level of knowledge and professionalism Kaiser doctors always exhibit and I m a proud member for over 25 years Thank you Kaiser no telling what could have happened to my eye if I had not made an appointment with Kaiser for that second opinion

Dr Robin Dunn - Lone Tree orthopedics

Dr Robin Dunn is new to the Lone Tree orthopedics department He was the surgeon for my shoulder replacement in February 2022 I am very pleased with his work He is experienced with state of the art techniques He is an excellent communicator and listener I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is considering shoulder replacement surgery

Two Thumbs Up for Centerpointe Urgent Care

I went to Centerpointe urgent care on the last Monday in August I got there about 7 pm expecting a long wait I barely had time to sit down before I was called back Every person was so kind and professional The nurse got the iv on the first try I tend to be a hard stick The doctor had great bedside manner and took time to go over my results and answer any questions I had I think I was the last one in the pharmacy Even then the staff was courtesy and professional Being at urgent care was not how I wanted to spend my evening but at least the experience was quick and professional

Dr Paul Foley is an excellent neurologist Each time my husband and I leave his office I always feel it s been a positive appointment He thoroughly listens and gives us all the time needed to explain and discuss any issues He is a genuinely caring individual And he s ALWAYS on time I highly recommend Dr Foley and am so appreciative of my husband being in his care A very sincere thank you
