Really pleased with the service I have
Really pleased with the service I have received from K T however I have a problem that they need to address Had my boiler serviced recently and when the appointment was made I was asked to take precautions regarding COVID Fair enough we all want to feel safe and I understand being vulnerable myself When the engineer arrived we got talking and he said that he hadn t had any COVID injections as he didn t have time Was shocked especially as he didn t wear a mask and was therefore putting me at risk As I said service has always been good and the engineer was polite easy to talk to etc but am concerned that K T are not expecting their engineers to protect me but I m expected to protect them

Absolutely gobsmacked the scales
To date all my reviews for K T have been less than glowing On this occasion the contractor Dennis attended on a emergency callout to get the boiler working after another firm attended as said nothing can be done I am recovering from a mild heart attack so heating pretty important at the moment Dennis is a credit to your firm and you should try and retain people of this caliber Then hopefully your reviews will improve going forward This time a winner

After a major hiccup with appointments
After a major hiccup with appointments and access to comunual area s that are kept locked by council today dean arrived and after telling him the trouble i have had since the 8th of jan trying to get the boiler fixed he was determined to get it working also to billy who came along to help him but the rating stars are for them as for K T heating as a company is run by morons tell lies to customers customer satisfaction is zero how they get work is beyond me
