Rude customer adviser Ellie faulty new boiler system and not taking action
Bought a boiler in last two months through Swale Heating Swale apparently have transferred accounts to Sure Serve Compliance and now not taking any responsibility for faults Heating won t turn off reported over a week ago and was told I have to wait for a part to be ordered Now I m told no record of this meanwhile my house has constant heating I would never have had the boiler fitted by Swale if I knew they would transfer my account to some company who isn t the slightest bit bothered about sorting out the fault Rude customer service adviser not even apologising Be very wary of this company and also of Swale as they are willing to take your money and then wash their hands of all responsibility when things are clearly still under guarantee Intend to report to trading standards Update Have made countless attempts to contact this company today and Swale have also attempted to contact them to ask them to call me and they still have not called despite informing I have a disabled daughter in the property I literally do not know what to do to get a repair of a boiler only 6 weeks old My next step will have to be to contact my bank to see if they can help This is worrying for any future repairs such as being without heating at all with a disabled person in the property who cannot be in cold temperatures This company are a complete disgrace and I would go as far as to say are a scam company

Disgusting disregard for vulnerable adult
All 3 appointments no engineer showed up promises broken and this for a vulnerable adult I now have contact detail for the management team and will be emailing them along with Trading Standards at Kent county Council as there based in dartford along with the BBC Watchdog team I ll also add the CEO s of all the housing providers they kindly list on their call centre helpline as to show how incompetent and uncaring they really are Shame on you for treating vulnerable adults in such a way shame on you

If I could leave 0 stars I would With five children one of which disabled we would have expected to be a priority as a vulnerable household First boiler issue reported on 4th Feb and we are now on 24th March and still have no heating Number of engineer visits where nobody have turned up to one turning up last week to replace a part a scheduled appointment today that they have sent the wrong type of engineer Apparently there are numerous parts to be replaced yet the office tell me it is safe to use despite their engineers telling me it s a fire risk to use Completely incompetent and will be raising a complaint with the council and Trading Standards

Have been trying to get in touch with Sureserve Group to arrange boiler service 18 months over due cannot get any response via email or through the telephone Do they actually exist Happy to take my monthly payments but do nothing for it It would be great for someone to actually get in touch

This company is the worst ever
This company is the worst They have left me with no heating and hot water for 3 weeks They have missed 4 appointments and then lied and said they attended I am sick due to no heating and hot water and they have no regard for anyone L Q are just as bad as it takes hours to get hold of anyone and no one will let you speak to a manager There is just no help This is the worst service I have ever experienced The operatives are useless and have no communication or customer service skills How are they allowed to get away with such poor service L Q you are accountable also Something needs to change

Apalling customer service
Apalling customer service We were customers of Swale Heating for many years and tey were pretty goood Sureserve who have taken them over are hopeless Its taken weeks to get a respone on a service ocntract nobody answers the phones or their webchat They are set up to deal with local authourities and social housing maybe the bulk-buyers get a better deal but private customer get no service at all The worst example of automated call centre business modle a nd thats saying somehting these days Avoid at all costs unless you like being on hold and listening to recorded messages for hours at a time

Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace my 76 year old mother was left with no heating for three weeks a repetitive problem that they could have fixed ages ago Got an independent heating engineer in and he fixed the problem next day no customer service and questionable engineering service

If I could give 0 stars I would but had to give 1 star to write this review I have never in my entire life experienced such poor service I was a customer of Swale Heating with a service contract and was booked by Swale to have an engineer attend I assume this must have been just before this shower took over The engineer never showed up andwhen I called Sureserve number I was just pushed from pillar to post with no explanation of why I was being transferred and then every time I was cut off 4 calls and and hour of my time and eventually later I just gave up I had also taken a day off work as waiting for the engineer to attend and no show It looks like this company is just contracted to deal with housing association properties and have no interest in private owners Highly disappointing experience and would certainly ot recommend them for any work

Truly appalling
How this mob of cowboys ever got a contract with ScottishPower is beyond me abysmal Customer service no show on 3 occasions to fit a smart meter if they can t cope with the demand then ScottishPower should partways with them so incompetent it makes Scottishpower look a complete laughing stock it looks like the deadline for the Installation won t be met as they either cancel or don t even bother turning up simply not good enough extremely disappointing as other Customers have pointed out if I could give a zero rating I would that s what they deserve I d be delighted to see them call in the Liquidators YOU RE FIRED get the hell outta here
