Had a shipping problem but customer service was the real problem
Had a shipping problem and the customer service representative was so nasty in email that I was completely shocked by the way that she not only handled the situation or should I say didn t but just how she spoke to me Very odd very unprofessional very disgusting

great experience with amazing perfumes
I had very good experience with this company and had 2 orders of perfumes I m quite happy about I used to buy their natural perfumes at Whole Foods many years ago I needed a replacement and found that they have online presence apparently they make these same perfumes for a decades already They make very unique high quality strong lasting natural perfumes from essential oils I wasn t able to find anything like that elsewhere over the years I rarely run into a good company anymore these days in these times no one seem to care about customers anymore but this is one rare company I ve been happy with quality stuff and shipping was fast too I was traveling and was able to get shipping right on time
