Customer service was amazing 5 Stars However a velvet suit was delivered to the US from Laleen that was ripped and had a hole in it This caused a lot of hassle in terms of returning the product Laam should have inspected the product prior to shipping it all the way here Other suits I bought were all of good quality

3 star cuz I received the order and refund But otherwise I suggest that you guys must figure out a way to dispatch items on time and quicken your delivery Also improve your mode of communication Only way to communicate from overseas is via WhatsApp msgs or direct call which has a long recording Why not have the option of WhatsApp calls When delivery is delayed naturally the customers will be agitated So you guys have to open a way for frustrated customers to contact you easily Thank you

I had received a damaged dress and was really worried as it was shipped internationally LAAM CS agent Ms Zainab Asad who was more than helpful and offered me compensation that made sense I am impressed by the rep who was very professional and considerate

Wrong clothes

They sent me some other clothes and not the ones i ordered Their customer support service was very good though Zainab Asad helped me get my refund smoothly She was the real star of the show

Hello I wanna tell about my experience it was by a mistake or whatever it was but I got the wrong size of a dress that I ordered And then I returned it after that this company was cooperative regarding my return procedure and refunded my whole payment within given time I am satisfied now but Staff should have to ensure customer s demand and should deliver their required items correctly and after ensuring Thanks

I like the thing that I received also would like Laam website to improve the since need to scroll all the way down again and again after certain item is selected The outfits are genuine n beautiful

I like the thing that I received the order before time as promised and also the team worked out well to help me solve my problem The outfits received are genuine and I liked them What I disliked is the team was irresponsible and careless to inform about the unavailability of the outfit that I selected I came to know about it when I tracked my order and there was no change in the process When contacted the team I came to know about it n it was just a day before I expected the delivery Again I need to select and confirm the availability and then wait for the order to dispatch This is the thing I dont expect to experience if I place my order next timeHope this review will be helpful and will be taken positively and improve in the required field

Yesterday ordered clothes from KSA from LAAM website Extremely poor experience with LAAM Money was paid to LAAM for my order But they cancelled my order in split seconds Hoping to receive my full refund Update Received my refund within a week time But still I m not satisfied for the reason LAAM provided for the cancellation of my order in the first place
